Last time at Loganville location. Poor management ,always slow to fill orders. Typically only get a frappe, machine is often “down”. It is one of the most favorite menu items by McDonald’s own advertising . The Grayson location is a little further but worth the drive. This location had similar issues but management has stepped it up. Not only is the service much improved but frappe is 30 cents cheaper ! Will go here from now on even if it means driving by the Loganville location,which I should have done today.

Frequently forgets parts of your order. Just ordered McDelivery and they forgot a drink I ordered and found a bone in my chicken nuggets when you try to get help it’s suddenly a DoorDash problem. Even when in store their attitudes and customer service are extremely poor.

Literally just left from ordering 10pc meal, and all of the nuggets are not cooked all the way! they are soft and mushy inside. tried calling this location over 10 times and no one bothers to pick up the phone! truly a horribly ran business.

Awful experience. We ordered and they forgot half of our food and gave us partial happy meals. The play place was 88 degrees. There was also flies landing on food before we could even touch it. This location definitely needs some intervention.

The staff here are All Horrible. They are rude and do not give you your full order if you go through the drive-thru or order on DoorDash. Even if you are standing in the restaurant and they get your order wrong or you don't get everything you paid for they argue with you and make you wait even longer making it a point to serve others who came after you before completing your order. THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME MULTIPLE TIMES BECAUSE MY KIDS LOVE MCDONALD'S AND ASK FOR IT ALL THE TIME AND THIS IS THE CLOSEST LOCATION TO OUR HOUSE. UNFORTUNATELY FOR US!!!

Wish I could rate lower. Came through the drive through and they couldn’t find my order so I pulled up and waiting for 20 more minutes and I’m still waiting for my food as I’m writing this. Wouldn’t recommend ever coming to this place

Whoever runs this McDonalds needs to be fired. It has always sucked and they purposely give you the wrong orders. They don’t care about customer service and will remove your comment if you complain. Do not eat here, you will get sick. They will mess up your order AND try to argue about it/not even say sorry. Get those kids you have working there in line bc they are obviously making up whatever rules they want to.
Not to mention I had to ask where my drink and my ice cream were at when they brought out my food in the pickup lane. Kid was sweet about it but come on who orders a meal without a drink?

Came here for the play place, kids needed to burn off some steam. Food is ok, nothing great. Tables were dirty and the floor desperately needed to be swept. Workers were nice, but the whole place needs a scrubbing.
