I came here on Saturday with my mom and brother around 9:50 for breakfast and the floor was sooo slippery my mom almost fell and she has a very bad knee so she can’t walk as much and so the when we got our order taken I don’t know his name but he has a mean face and he don’t even give my mom a receipt and put the order wrong saying we got Diet Coke then the machine for the drinks were working like bro yall need a decent manger to put yall in check this is ridiculous bathroom was dirty tooo the outside was slippery honestly yall need a new staff and I don’t want to hear yall say yall will fix the matter or the situation but the reviews aren’t getting better……………..

This fast foos is crazy!! They dont have drive thru on. So everyone is on curb side. We were waiting for about 40minutes. But that wasnt just the problem. After eating the food, both me and ny partner GOT FOOD POISONED!!! I Puke 4 times, diarrhea, stomach ache! As well as my partner!! This is crazy! Very disgusting! How could you do that!? I am never coming back in this place! I would never trust my food in here anymore! Im in so much pain!!

Worst service ever. Waited in line for over 19 min for a order that I ordered from my house. Then another 5 min before the person at window 1 took my code. Sorry manager hiding in back. Then audacity to tell me they don't have my order! Sorry excuse for service EvER

I have never been more appalled. it seems as though despite countless reviews countless feedback, countless coupons that say be our guest and will make it right. the food just isn't getting better. it's getting to a point where if you gave it to me for free I wouldn't get it still. I'm at a point where I'm tired of spending money to be disappointed and let down on top of hungry and discussed it. I've never been so appalled at a company's lack of effort towards actually fixing what these franchisees are doing to your business . your hemorrhaging customers everyday while corporate raises the prices by 30 more cents to nickel and dime your customers when they can't even include basic items like sauce and the sauces that they do have like mayonnaise are put on sandwiches by the gallon. on top of this french fries are cold. the items that we have are also drenched in thousand Island dressing for the Big Mac making it inedible. the lettuce tastes like it's literally slimy it is. it looks like someone steamrolled the McChicken and had a sumo wrestler sit on top of it. it burst all over the place when I opened it and I'm getting to a point where again it doesn't matter what we say what we do, what we try, how long we wait they just can't get it right. it's not even just this location either. it seems that this is part of a chain in Georgia and it just seems like they do not have a care in the world for the fact that they are making people food. people are supposed to eat this. they're not only just supposed to eat it. they're paying you more money than they ever have over the course of their lives at McDonald's to eat it. do you understand how disappointing it is to wait in the drive-thru for 15 minutes and not even get a hot french fry?? it is absolutely ridiculous the fact that we are supposed to pay you 20 that we have to wait 15 minutes for and on top of that doesn't mean any of the requirements of what the meal was actually supposed to be. something needs to be done. you need to make this right. otherwise I will be disputing the charge on my card

I don't even know what to do about this location anymore. It seems as though every single time we get food from here, there's just a new thing to be disappointed about. It was 9:59 and we're sitting in the drive-thru. The person at the speaker says give me a second and then I give them my order number after they say that they're ready for me. I tell them the order number and she immediately says oh. I'm sorry I actually eventually just cuts off. We sit there for 5 minutes waiting for her to say something and she finally says I'm sorry about that. How can I help? And I tell her my mobile order code and so we get our mobile order receipts. And there's two cars in front of us. It took them another 5 minutes to take care of those cars. So by that point we had been at the restaurant for 15 minutes for fast food. We figured that considering that we waited so long that the food would have at least been fresh, but, somehow, the Nuggets, fries and burger were cold and sauce was left out of our orders. It's extremely disappointing when we place two mobile orders with your company and both of them managed to get botched. We were going to order more food afterwards but ended up deciding that it was an absolute joke tonight and so we made the final decision to not spend another Penny there. On top of this, the staff were really rude, especially the one who handed us our order. He didn't even make eye contact with us. This was just a generally disappointing experience and it's like every single time we end up doing this we end up making the decision to never come back to McDonald's again and it's miserable.not to mention my burger looks steamrolled. I usually expect to trash from McDonald's anyway, but sour fries and sandwiches so covered in mayonnaise that they're inedible is actually insane and so once again it seems as though it's just not worth spending money at this location

Both burgers were wrong after having to wait 10 minutes or more after paying for the mean at the drivethru window. Then, after I got home and saw they were wrong, I called to get a refund and it just rang until it told me memory was full. Called 10 times back to back waiting a minute each time. No answer at anypoint. Pathetic service on all accounts.

Ordered a quarter pounder, 3 fries, coke and a milkshake. Still sitting in one of parking places they told us to go to 15 minutes later. The car beside me when I pulled up is still sitting. This is ridiculous! 5 people have been through the drive through and counting. Get it together!!!!!!!!

Strive For Happiness

McRib.... cold and bun was like rubber. Must have been yesterday's.
Double cheesburger....cold, cheese wasn't even melted and bun was hard.
Fries.... cold, undercooked, and over salted.

Tea was the only thing that was good today.

Couldn't even get my money back because the kiosk you order from gives you blank receipts!

Worst mcdonalds I ever have gone to. Customer service sucks. Employees chatting in the back while people standing in line at the register. Don't know why they have a drive through when they make you park every time and the employees have to walk your food out.

Don't bother going here!

I have given this location about 8 chances now, I am always missing food, have been given a happy meal with no toy, the food is never fresh, and I have never had good service. I don’t expect much, it’s fast food, but other places get it right as do other McDonalds locations.

They just charged me for breakfast this morning, I ordered online at 10:25 and said that I was already at the restaurant order got fully processed. No issues I arrive at the restaurant at 10:30 and they tell me that they will not be making my order and they have charged my card and not gave me any food. I’ve been charged for food and not provided any service. Paid for a breakfast I didn’t even get. 0 stars if it was possible…
