I placed a Catering Order online for this Moe's, on 8/7. Come to find out, they took it and my payment information.

8/8 (Pickup mind you, was for 8/9), they attempted to charge the card on file, and I called. No answer, as a matter of fact. Moes online had a different number. BOTH are disconnected!

Drove up there 8/8 ~ 7-730p. Sure enough - note on the door. No one to call, and their customer service corporate number is offline after 5p.

Needless, put a block on my card. Could not transfer my order to another store.. STILL, they tried again on 8/9 to charge it lol. Like brahhhhhhhh!

Really need to get it together, not just the store - but the franchise owner and Moe's experience. Ended up paying a lot more for another cater to provide food on 8/9. Already have a complaint/case started with Moe's Corporate in Atlanta. They... apparently didn't know this store was closed nor their phone numbers are disconnected.

There is always something going on with this Moes and instead of updating the online website, they leave notes in the door. It would be nice to know that yall are closed due to plumbing before I was on the way. Now I have wasted my gas and time coming out here. Do better when it comes to communicating with customers

I have lived in Loganville for over Nine years.Out of my 9 years, I have never seen or experience such lack of care as I have today purchasing food from this restaurant. The rice was dry and stuck to the pan, corn was burnt and dry. Clearly no one took time to rotate/ stir the food. Wet cheese was dry, peppers and onions are non-existence, salsa was non existent, work station and floors was dirty and ran through, the young lady preparing my food knew how bad it was and just kept saying” I just got here.” And the other guy working looked over worked and stressed out. This is not fair for your workers to endure such embarrassment, not fair to your customers who love Moe’s and try to support you, and not fair for this city. Do better or sell the Franchise to someone who will.

Filthy. Out of everything (6:00pm). Floors are disgusting. Tables and seats (all of them - we had to sit outside) covered in food. The food itself was tasteless. Worst Moe’s experience I’ve ever had. Will NEVER come back.

I would love to give a 5 star, however there was only one person working. He was doing his best. There was hardly and food choices because he was doing it all. The restaurant was dirty. There were no diet drinks of any kind available and then there was no sweet tea. People make mistakes when having to work short staffed. Moe’s DO BETTER!!!!!

This store is okay, but the customer service isn’t the best. They don’t go by the store hours that are posted on the door and the website and refuse service way before the stores specified closing time. It’s very unprofessional and not business like. If you want service, update your hours. Just because loganville sucks doesn’t mean you have to also.

We have not been to this location in close to a year. We were hoping it had gotten better, but were disappointed again. This place was beyond filthy. They didn't have many veggies, the meat all looked dried out. Poor customer service. Coke machine messed up. No Tea. No lids for cups. Bathrooms terrible. Luckily the weather was good and we could sit outside because there was not a clean table anywhere inside.

Don’t go here. Definitely don’t order on app because you will get charged and they might not even be open (happened to me Sun 630pm) - finally got my food 2 days later at 1230pm and they didn’t have multiple items that I wanted and on top of that had 1 total salsa out and said that’s all we have. Not good!

Stopped by for lunch Monday 11/11. Door locked, sign said open for take out only. I attempted to put order in online but said this location was not accepting orders. Last time a friend and I ate here, smelled bad and was not clean.
