Upon entering oh shucks restaurant for the first and only time, my ethnically diverse family and I were referred to as “Canadians” by the staff. After living in Loganville for quite some time I have learned that the owners use the word, “Canadians” as their derogatory euphemism for “nonwhites” that are coming in to dine. They are full-blown racists. Please do not support this Business with your hard earned dollars or if you choose to do so It is your right to know that you are supporting racists.
Over the last few years I have spent hundreds of hard earned dollars at this establishment. However last night 06-23 while everyone was enjoying their drinks and food, we waited for 15 minutes to be acknowledged we finally got up and left, no one cared.
WILL NEVER GO BACK
My wife ordered the large fish and chips basket and I had the oyster basket. The fish tasted muddy and grainy. She asked what kind of fish it was regretting that she did not ask before ordered. The waiter said she thought it was white fish but she was check. She came back and told us it was swai which is basically and trashy farm raised fish from Vietnam that is raised in bad conditions using antibiotics not allowed in the US.
Charging $18 for this type of fish is not acceptable.
The manager never came over. The waiter stated that they would apply a discount. When I got the bill it just had a discount from the coupon we brought in.
My first bite of fried oysters was tasty but several of the oysters were kind of mushy. I did not say anything though.
We paid the bill but, unfortunately ,I will not be coming back. It's a shame because I love seafood and there are not a lot of seafood places around.
Please don’t believe any bad reviews!! This place is the best seafood restaurant in GA!!!!!
We love this place! Our first time was amazing! The food was delicious and the service was the best we've had in a long time. Destiny, our server was truly a gem. She was friendly and attentive with a smile on her face the whole time. This will be one of our regular dining spots from now own. And the oysters are the best...try them out, you won't be disappointed.
Raw oysters are great, salty.. I had Fish and chips.. The fish are paper thin , like 1/8 thick.. My sister had a shrimp poboy.. with very few and tiny shrimp.. I definitely would not order the 2 latter but the draft beer was good and cold.. Update, on my second trip, I had another yummy dozen oysters and the fried flounder.. As before, the raw oysters were delicious but the fish just isn’t the southern fried I’m use to apparently.. The Flounder was thicker than the fish and chips and definitely better… Would not order either fish dish again though.. I’m from Louisiana, maybe I’ll try their gumbo next..
I placed a takeout order and I had the Seafood pasta and the Rockefeller oysters and it was delicious everything was so good! This is my new favorite seafood restaurant!
Oysters are slimey and taste fishy. Server was not friendly. Menu is misleading.

I had the Rockefeller oysters. It was nothing but spinach (too much) really no cream sauce and I think that was sprinkles of Parmesan cheese the kind you put on spaghetti out the container. Idk but I’m a true seafood eater and I want them right. And then the spinach is canned spinach not even fresh cooked spinach. I explained to the waitress and she offered to take them to the kitchen to take some spinach off. I tip way too good for someone to pick through my food. At least I could’ve exchanged it out for something more pleasant but that wasn’t offered. So if you like go try some spinach oysters at this place!

We used to come here several times per month. I love patronizing local businesses, but not anymore. I got food poisoning from either an old oyster or an old salad that was served to me. Never again…

I can't believe I've never been here before! Our server was Hudson, and he was very attentive. I didn't realize they only sold beer and wine prior to our visit but from my look of disappointment he was able to recommend a drink they had which was their version of a margarita with wine and I think it was guava flavored. We definitely came for the oysters, and they did not disappoint. We had raw, fully loaded and Cajun cream and they were all so good. We also had the gumbo and shrimp and lobster bisque and both were delicious. We will definitely be back. They also have oysters for a cheaper price on Wednesday so go give them a try!

First time there and we will be back! That cook throws down in that kitchen and the customer service is unbeatable! We had the shrimp tacos and the crab cake sandwich!
Edit. Ask if Albert is in the kitchen. If he's not, don't go. Food will be completely different.
Dropping my rating. Drove my 40 minute route tonight and when we arrive at 845 we were told the kitchen was closing early. They were not supposed to close until 10.
The waitress was nice. Unfortunately, the oysters were awful couldn’t finish it. The coleslaw and shrimp/crab bisque soup was good.
