Ordered food online to pick up in store only to be faced with a rude employee. When we got home and opened our food. It was hard and looked like the food was sitting for a while before it was plated. The same employee who claimed she was the manager tried to tell us she could only remake the entrees and that it would be 15-35 minutes on fresh food because it was close to closing. This was at 9pm, last time I checked the Loganville location doesn’t close until 10:30pm. This will be the last time I spend money here!

First time I have gone through the drive through and it was rough! Then I get home and find out one of the orders was completely wrong. Just park after you get your food and make sure it’s right. Food usually pretty good and right when I go inside though. The order was supposed to be a plate of Beijing beef and sesame steak and shrimp with chow mein.

Stingy with the portion size. I asked for a little more (two extra small pieces of chicken) and a couple of more pieces of chicken was denied. Not stingy with rice but I didnt want a bunch of rice with 5-6 small pieces of meat ranging from the size of a nickel to a quarter.

Placed an online order for pick up. Wrote instructions to include 20 sweet and sour packets and received ZERO. Kids wouldn’t eat the rice without sauce. Waste of $$$

I feel like…this is an “enough said” moment. If the vegetables are cut in house…there’s no way you couldn’t have seen this if you’re properly washing the vegetables. The pepper itself was discolored at this opening - which is why I even noticed it in the first place. The mealworm chewed through to the surface…
