Went to Panera in Loganville tonight. I ordered a half Bacon Melt sandwich. Well, apparently all that comes on it is a half piece of bacon and a sliver of cheese for almost $5.00. My son got a whole one and got one whole piece of bacon on his for $7.50!!! I tried calling the store, but never got an answer.
after going there for dinner lats night and spending 70.00 on dinner for the family. there were times left out. when my husband went back to the location after making it home, which is 20 minutes away. the girl inside wanted to argue with him saying they know they put everything in the bag even the manager was rude. Will not be going back. Can't believe customer service has gotten this bad. why would we go back about times left out if they weren't. Shame on this location...
I had food delivered tonight and it was awful. There is a black hair on my grilled cheese and there was also something gritty in it. My soup tasted off too! I spent $25 in delivery and I can’t even finish my dinner. I will not be ordering from here again.
Food came out quickly and was as good as always.

none of the kiosks work. went to the counter. no one at the counter. go to table. order with app at table... can't! no ordering by table is an option.
Online takeout food was not great. The young lady that brought it out was nice. The beef and cheddar was dry, didn’t seem fresh, and didn’t smell good.The new caprese sandwich was not good and super lacking for the cost. I even took a picture. Very disappointed.The salads were better, thankfully. The packaging was well done.
I never write reviews but I was Very disappointed with my experience. I ordered half a sandwich and a small water and paid $7.41. I then found a long blond hair in my sandwich. I will more than likely never go here again. I will continue to go to Panda Express, Chickfila, and chipotle where my food is always hot and you get better quality food for your $$$.
Always out of everything. And if you try to go through their drive thru, plan on spending a long wait. Tried to go through today, but they were out of bagels and muffins. But got stuck in drive thru for over 30 minutes for nothing. Slowest service. At 3pm it is not busy. They are just real slow.
Normally good but was not pleased when I went a couple days ago and saw corporate people just sit down and not help the employees when it was busy.

Very unhappy with the visitThere’s is no soups and the blender is broken so they can’t make any smoothies? Like seriously? Why are they even open if they can’t serve what’s on the menu
They open at 6 am, but no one will come to the drive thru. Been through 2 x’s around 7:30 am and no one takes your order or comes to the window. Even tried curbside but no one answered the phone!!! Waste of time!!!
Not as good as it used to be but it's fine
Normally very pleased with this location. This more of a reflection of corporate. I attempted to place an online order. It took one of my gift cards, but it still left some of the bill. I attempted to add another gift card and it would not take it. After 30 minutes of trying different things, I got aggravated and just drove to the store and ordered there. I found out there that they took $7 off my gift card from my original attempt. I have attempted to call their 800 customer service #. I never got a response. I have tried emailing and never got a response. It has been nearly a week.
Thus location is ok. Nothing special & they make the food kinda sloppy. A lot of teens work here
