I ordered through Panera’s app and my delivery was supposed to arrive at 11:35am. I received a text from their third party delivery (Door Dash) saying that the restaurant said that someone else had picked up my food. I called Panera and spoke to the manager Hannah who assured me that she would put the order in again (at noon). 1pm, still no food. Hannah claims that Door Dash said I cancelled the order. I explained that couldn’t be the case bc I ordered through the Panera app and not DD. I said that at this point I was going to cobble something together for lunch and that I wanted a refund. I was told that if the charge does appear on my credit card that they may not be able to refund! What in the world?!?! This location is going to have a lot of problems if they can’t get this straightened out.

My family and I have been a faithful supporter since this franchise opened. I noticed a few weeks ago this guy always comes in leaving his trash from other facilities all over the table. Panera has a very sweet employee named Trinity, she’s always smiling receiving compliments from everyone. That rude messy guy cursed this child and her manager out when she showed him where the trash cans were. I was so upset as my heart broke for Trinity. The manager actually gave her permission to assist this rude guy! I just found out this sweet young girl no longer works there, however that same manager does! I’m extremely disappointed Panera manager throw this child to a wolf and she's no longer there do to this idiot! Panera you have lost my family & coworkers business! You’re supposed to protect your employees from all discrimination and disrespect from evil customers not fire her & keep the manager that’s completely unethical. I witnessed the entire ordeal. You lost a sweet girl over an idiot… wow very disturbing Panera!!

Found a black strand of hair in my food when I called a woman answered and told me that I have to bring the bowl back in order to get a refund or they can give me a remake. I was at work so I had to wait to get off. When I arrived the manager on duty wasnt aware of my situation so maybe the woman earlier just assumed that I was lying for a free meal. Staff was apologetic and put a rush on my remake. My only complaint is the hair and the earlier woman.

Bread bowls from this location are basically a scam, they cut out maybe 10% of the bread and gave legitimately 5 bites of soup. For how expensive the bread bowls are i expect a full serving of soup like other locations give... highly unimpressed

Ordered the pick two - Mediterranean sandwich and Mexican corn chowder, and both were delish! Soup was piping hot and sandwich was loaded up with veggies. Order came out in minutes, as well. The service was friendly and cheerful. Not sure if this was out of the norm based on other reviews, but I found this to be one of my better experiences with a quick service restaurant.
