Bought the Baker’s dozen. You would think it common sense to place the bagels in separate bags, especially with the strong smelling Asiago cheese bagels. But no. Now my Blueberry bagels taste and smell like Asiago.

Order was very simple. 1 cinnamon crunch bagel sliced only. 2 walnut cream cheese and a large Diet Pepsi under the sips club. 20 minutes later with no one in front of me she came to the window and said what did u order? Then the girl came and said oh sorry we were doing breaks and I said that is my problem how? Warmed baggie not sliced and no knife. Wow. I much prefer coming during the week.
Panera as a whole keeps getting worse year after year. But this location has never been that good to me. I could at least count on a good bagel & souffle. But they recently changed that as well. The food is literally flavorless, the customer service is slow & you can tell the employees hate working there, and the order is bound to be wrong majority of the time I go. I don't know how this location specifically is still open.

Our order was subpar. The caesar salads were made with iceberg lettuce instead of romaine. The chicken noodle soup did not have any chicken or noodles. It was mainly broth with bits of carrot. They were out of the ciabatta and bread bowls. This is the third time my order have either been wrong or missing something. I’ve learned my lesson. I will not be eating there again.

I ordered through the drive through and an older African-American gentleman was extremely rude to me, pushing me to hurry up my order and giving me an annoyed tone for a grand total of four different items. He was deathly silent as he engaged with me from the window, completely terrible experience. Perhaps some individual employee training would fix this issue
