I wanted a replacement pizza for this issue and they did not want to fix this issue since it was the next day. I was thinking it was just the mozzarella from the stuffed crust, I wouldn’t have even realized it was uncooked dough if I hadn’t stopped eating it and looked at it. Uncooked pizza seems to be a repeated thing going on here so just be careful. They are also not the best when it comes to fixing issues. My response from them was that I needed to bring the entire pizza back and it would have had to been the same day. To my luck I only had 4 slices that were thrown in the garbage and I asked if they wanted that back. Eventually he just hung up on me. Never had a problem with this location until now. Welp, second picture for reference but maybe I’m crazy for wanting a replacement. Instead I’m blamed for potentially trying to get a second free pizza… yeah ok

I’d initially left the review like four or five years ago. ,.,., I just deleted it 😞 It was all negative Nancy😔 (dec2025) I came here about eight minutes before close speed driving the whole way here hoping not to be too late or be too rude and the gentleman named Brad did not have a look of the stain on his face like most people do five minutes before closing. I don’t know if this guy is the boss or the manager, but people could learn a lot from this guy very upbeat very polite. I apologize four or five times about coming in so late every time Brad replied.(by my name mind you) Mike don’t even worry about it. It’s part of life.!!!!!! The pizza was fine and the Staff was fine. But the online ordering was a nightmare. Enough for me to never come back. After my 4th attempt at placing an online order and still not getting the promised online offer, I show up to find out apparently I (!) made the mistake while ordering. It would be easier finding that extra “[“ in 1000 pages of Fortran code.

Ordered pizza here and the quality and customer service was top tier ! We even got to watch them make the pizza lol. And they did tricks with the dough for my daughter to watch! Everyone was so nice!
I ordered two pizzas through Uber Eats that were supposed to have light sauce. Well done. The pizzas were swimming in sauce, barely cooked. I called to speak with the manager, Brian, or whatever his name was, and he said I need to go through Uber Eats. Anyone using Uber Eats knows they are selective about how and when they issue a refund. The store made the pizza and didn't follow the directions, and his response made me not even want to purchase anything additional from Papa Johns.

We have always had good experiences with this location, and we tip delivery drivers VERY well. But this time, the driver barely knocked on the frame of the screen door, dropped the order on the porch, and sprinted - like RAN - back to his car. We watched it on the camera later. We had NO IDEA our order was outside! By the time we found it, flies had gotten into one of the wings orders. Really disappointing. Don't know if I'll order from them again.
