I ordered two pizzas through Uber Eats that were supposed to have light sauce. Well done. The pizzas were swimming in sauce, barely cooked. I called to speak with the manager, Brian, or whatever his name was, and he said I need to go through Uber Eats. Anyone using Uber Eats knows they are selective about how and when they issue a refund. The store made the pizza and didn't follow the directions, and his response made me not even want to purchase anything additional from Papa Johns.

We have always had good experiences with this location, and we tip delivery drivers VERY well. But this time, the driver barely knocked on the frame of the screen door, dropped the order on the porch, and sprinted - like RAN - back to his car. We watched it on the camera later. We had NO IDEA our order was outside! By the time we found it, flies had gotten into one of the wings orders. Really disappointing. Don't know if I'll order from them again.

The food was good. We got the stuffed crust pepperoni pizza for carry out. Also ordered lemon pepper wings and got a hot sauce mixed order that was too spicy for my taste. Didn't notice until we got home.

I ordered a large The Meats pizza for delivery thru Grub Hub. It arrived hot and on time. But it was one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. There wasn’t enough meat on it for a pizza half the size! I didn’t call the store and complain because I knew they would just offer to remake it and that was the last thing I wanted. It was almost $26 - offer me a cash refund and I’ll take it!!

Ordered a pizza online while I was leaving work and about to pick up my child. Asked for contactless delivery as I figured we would not be home by the time the food arrived. Left instructions for the delivery guy to ring the doorbell. My doorbell goes off and it’s him delivering the pizza. I’m still not home yet but since I asked for contactless the expectation is to leave it on the porch. I then receive a phone call from the delivery guy who had put my food back in his car, says he outside waiting for me. I inform him I wanted contactless delivery and he starts to demand a tip!!! Sir are you serious?!! I can see you on my cameras!!!! Put my food back on the porch as it already been paid for. Thankfully my neighbors were pulling up at the same time as me as he began to put my food back on the porch. I’m about to get their video footage as well as mine and take this straight to corporate!!!
The service was good, very nice employees. The pizza was not good. Not trying to be rude but I’ve had way better frozen pizza for less money.

Customer service was great but I just picked up the some food. And I noticed that the guy who is using no gloves and making pieces came over to the register touched all over the register check me out and then went right back over to the food with no gloves without even washing his hands it was super disgusting how unclean they are

Call center is a scam, i placed my order and never recieved pizza,and noow the stores are saying they dont have my order but the call center does .. been about 3 hours and no store can help . what a joke . Papa johns is a scam, now i have to call the bank to dispute it

The food has been tasting terrible lately. The food is not fresh or hot. There isn’t enough cheese to cover the pizza. The food just doesn’t taste liked the Papa John’s I know which is delicious. I just thought that one time it was a bad time but it hasn’t been good now it being my fourth time going and it’s the closes one I go too.
