The app said 2 mins by the time I walked to my door the driver was gone. I saw them drive off!!!!!!!!!I immediately called to try to communicate that I was at the door and I was on hold about 15 minutes then the lady at the store asked me do you want me to send them back out?

I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service I received my order. The pizza was burnt. Tried to eat. It couldn’t fathom my cheesy bread was burnt on the top and still dough on the bottom. The manager told me that there was nothing that he can do about it that I needed to speak to the general manager, not even a remake of my order that was delivered. I still drove to The store because the manager insisted that the pizza could not be burnt even after returning with the items he still refused to do anything told me that I needed to speak to the general manager I will definitely be reaching out tomorrow because that is very distasteful to even have a manager by the name of Sahmir Tell you that you couldn’t refund your food or remake your food. What is this world coming to?

I used to be a driver for Pizza Hut 20 years ago that is when I first found the Buffalo Chicken pizza. Back then it was awesome, the Chicken was marinated and tasted buffalo, the rest of the pizza was soft and tasty. I decided to get one since I noticed they were on the menu...big mistake. The Sause was practically non existent, the little chicken pieces were dried and a little hard, and the crust was almost thin like even though it was supposed to be hand tossed...won't order again

We order pan crust pizza from pizza hut but does not look like pan crust it was look like very thin we order all the time but this time was not the perfect taste or crust not happy

Haven't had a bad pick-up experience yet. I wish they used more toppings but I get portion control in this economy. Love the deep dish crust even if it's an upcharge.

Hit or miss honestly . Got two pizzas from here this week and they were great. However, the time before that my pizza seemed old and was tooo thin and small.

My order was very late, we were able to order lemon pepper wings and then a very rude person called my phone and told me they didn’t have lemon pepper, I change my order and wanted to verify that the rest of the order was correct and they (sounded like a man) told me they have my receipt and there was no need to check the entire order and hung up on me.
My order showed delivered, since we didn’t have our order, I called and they told me they were going to have to send a second person to my house since they didn’t give the first driver my entire order and they hung up on me again.
Once the pizza arrived it was cold and we had to order food from somewhere else. This order was was for my 3 year olds birthday party. This was a horrible experience, not to mention it was embarrassing.
Recently moved to Loganville. It’s the closest pizza place to my house. Ordered carry out a hand full of times now since we’ve been in the process of moving. Orders have been correct, food the way it should and staff polite.

I have requested to cook my pizza well as I always order multiple toppings and like a well cooked crust to support the toppings. When I pointed out the regularly cooked pizza the employee said, “sorry we will try to do it right next time”. This was the third time in a row for their failure to accommodate a special instruction on the order.
