Pizza Hut Express

we ordered one pizza with three toppings six wings and french fries and the order was almost $40 36 will be exact! the french fries were literally about 15 fries for $5 when questioned about this the gentleman at the front said that that was normal size. I didn't believe him and his attitude really sucked it was obvious he did not want to be there! I do not recommend this place because of that simple fact. and then they tried to charge me for sauce for a $10 six pack of wings. I will never go back to this Pizza Hut ever again!

SAVE YOUR TIME, and DO NOT COME HERE! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! They have TERRIBLE customer service & all the workers just standing around doing nothing LITERALLY AND no one answering the phones COMPLAINING about the phones ringing and not wanting to answer them. The workers were avoiding the people entering the building and begging to go home since it’s such a slow night. All I wanted was chicken wings online said 10-20 minutes, I ordered at 8:40 we went 20 minutes later arrived at 9pm &they did not even start on the wings &had no clue what was going on. Then waited 40 minutes & everyone was avoiding me AND finally got this women’s attention but she could care less of the situation and apparently my food was there ready already. I didn’t want it anymore so I left. And this isn’t the first time this location has been so bad. Another time I ordered delivery and they called me literally an hour later after I place it when it should have been arriving to my house and told me my order was canceled by them cause they didn’t have a delivery person and told them no problem I can go pick it up and I arrive & they gave me a completely wrong order (probably didn’t make our food) I didn’t check it til I got home & I called them & the person who answered the phone could care less and even was rude and asked why I was even calling and I didn’t want it then not to eat it and bring it in tomorrow and get a refund. My family and I were so upset and hungry and had already waited two hours to get our food, and the food wasn’t even warm it was so cold as if it was sitting there all afternoon.

called in an order for pickup. showed up 15 minutes later and was told it would be another 10 minutes... 30 minutes later I ask if my order is close to ready. they threw up their arms at me with a dumbfounded look. I can promise i will not go back to that location! i recommend no one else goes either..
