I believe management/team at this establishment has changed, for the better. My last few orders here have been great! Food was fresh and hot. I typically place my order through the app and have my husband go in to pick it up. Thank you!

I was here about 8months ago they place was dirty drink machine not working the didn't have no plastic ware the food was bad.so decided to try again today still the same when will you get a new drink machine also the wall tiles are buckling up the dinning room is just horrible crew not up beat don't think I'll be back at this Popeyes owners make it right you might increase your sales ....smh

We ate here when it first opened. The food was horrible and the restaurant was dirty. We decided to give it another try. The food was great, the service was awesome and the restaurant was clean! The manager Fran was so nice! She has really turned this place around!! Thank you!

This place never and I mean never have receipt paper. Always our machine is down broken. Three years. Someone scamming stealing money

Ordered a meal with chicken french fries and Mac n cheese. Got home and there were no French fries. TF am I supposed to eat this chicken with. I know it's fast food but like it ain't the hard to finish out a damn order.

The girl who takes the orders through the drive-through is very rude. No customer service and don’t know how to speak to customers, and I realize it’s a pattern with their staff .managers need to educate their staff about customer service.

Dine in 3 people .basic Meal- nothing special. When we arrived there were no other customers in facility. Had about 7 or 8 employees. We waited 40 minutes for a meal. Meal came out and it was wrong. No employee was concerned. I started to return it and get a refund. Employees were enjoying themselves in laughter and fun. Customer was the last concern on there mind.Horrible experience. Will not go back and rating will be a zero. This was terrible.

Slowest fast food place ever. I have constant issues here avoid this location if possible. Food is great but they have no coordination. Even with 6 people working they may as well have 2.

WTH is happening in Loganville? Now this Popeyes has never been all that great as you can see from my previous post but today tops it. My son ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and fries. I asked for honey as he likes it on his sandwich and the idiotic manager said it was ONLY for biscuits. PEOPLE FOR REAL? If it wasn't for my son I would have gotten my money back and went elsewhere. Then there's this thing they don't give you your receipt. I was flabbergasted by his remark that I didn't realize he didn't give me my receipt. Is this just me? Or is something wrong here??? I put honey on my chicken ALL THE TIME. It's not a special sauce... it's just honey! I am done.... THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED!!! TRASH.

TOO MANY KIDS working here. My order is always missing something. Customer service is bland, lacking. The food is ok. The Popeyes in Monroe is much better. It's a shame I will have to travel, and I live in Loganville, less than 5 minutes away, and go 20 minutes for service and quality. It's a chain restaurant. What is the issue? Do not recommend unfortunately because I love supporting my neighborhood establishments.

Food was fresh. Inside dining was clean and peaceful. Franchetta (GM) was very attentive of my wife and I needs. These days it's hard to find good service in fast food. I will come to this location anytime.
