Went for the 16.99 10 piece and was over charged this seems to happen a lot in this area. Called to dispute it and got no answer.

Food was ok, although it sat around for a while before I inquired about it. I was told nobody knew whose it was. We were the only guests in the store at the time. The card machine was broken and nobody thought we could use a different register. Workers said it has been broken for a while so it begs the question why not get it fixed. There were some sketchy characters walking around in the parking lot on phones. Workers were loud and foul-mouthed (not sure if they knew guests could hear them in the dining area). The place comes off a little bit like unsupervised teenagers doing enough to not get into trouble. There were rude patrons in the parking lot who, instead of parking in spots, chose to park on the curb, opting to be the way of others entering the drive-thru. Overall the environment is rather unpleasant and not convenient but it is what I have come to expect from the Popeyes chain: decent but overpriced chicken, disappointing sides, good sauce, for a less than desireable experience.

I went into Popeyes in Winder where I received 3 pieces of chicken for $5. It was hot and good, so I told my daughter about it. We decided to go to Popeyes in Loganville. The chicken was horrible; it tasted old and was cold. It wasn't until I got home to, I find out we were charged $10. The employee stated the $5 price was for online only. Not true! They overcharged and the food was garbage. I am disappointed and will never return.

Food is always good but last time I went there and that was the second time they missed a side . The customer care was horrible with a young girl up front.
I think she wasn't on her good mood. She just threw the food in the box(not neat at all) and missed a side.
But the food is always awesome!

Over the past few weeks, I’ve noticed a big improvement at this Popeyes location. The service and quality used to be really disappointing, but things have definitely changed. It feels like there’s a new team in place across all shifts, and the atmosphere is much better.
It seems like upper management made the decision to step in and clean house—and it’s paying off. My husband and I recently dined in, and we could immediately feel and taste the difference. We felt welcomed, and the food was fresh and well-prepared.
Thank you for taking the time to read customer feedback and take action. Your efforts to turn this location around have not gone unnoticed. Popeyes almost lost us as customers, but these positive changes have given us a reason to keep coming back!

Why do you have to go thru 3 people in order to get your order correct?
These folks are not the brightest when it comes to giving orders & taking them! Who is training these staffs? How come customers can't be serviced properly? I blame management for not making sure this place is not being operated in a professional form of fashion.
Everytime you go to this branch, its either people get your order done wrong, They can't comprehend, you're always on hold to make an order, staffs to busy talking instead of focusing on getting your orders in and out. Uber eats delivery drivers upset because they are waiting 10 minutes on food when it should've been ready by the time they got there, it's just ridiculous!! When is management gonna do something about the way things are being done in this place & coordinate? I'm sure they don't care, but even as a manager, you have to do something to make the company feel more satisfying for the people. I mean its just a disaster.
Talk to your staffs. Have a group meeting, if you can afford to hire more people during certain shifts, make it happen. Train them and have them professionally supervised so things can be more convenient & satisfying for customers..
Last thing, please let your people know that giving bad attitudes to customers because they took the orders wrong makes your business look bad! It's not the customers fault if they keep messing up!!! People do not have time to be dealing with bebe kids.
We just want our orders done as requested and go about our business.

I have loved Popeyes for many years. This review is not about the food. It is about two staff members with emphasis on one. We went today because my wife saw a television commercial about the chicken dippers. We ordered two meals and one item for takeout. After 20 minutes I went to the counter to check on my order. The dippers tray was empty and they had not even started preparing another tray. So I returned to my seat and waited another 20 minutes. I again asked about the order. There were still no dippers. So I returned to my seat and waited another 15 minutes. They called my name and when I went to the counter the food was still not ready. I gave them my receipt and they reviewed it but I asked for it back for obvious reasons. So one employee decided to print a copy for the store. When it started printing the employee could not stop the printer so it printed out receipts that literally reached the floor. After another 5 minutes or so, they had my order. All that wouldn’t have bothered me so much except the employee with the headset seemed to really enjoy what was happening. She gave smirks and giggles to the other employee that could not be mistaken. Whether it was race, age, or something else, I know that I will NOT go back.

Everyone is not ment to serve. The men are great and respectful however most of the women need tact and decorum. Customer service is last on their list. The men were working and the ladies were in a huddle talking and laughing. Maybe they were on break?

i ordered a regular meal, nothing special.. i was missing a few pieces of my ordered so i went to the counter the male worker was very nice to address the issue.. but this teen worker, was laughing about me asking for my missing pieces… i don’t like that .. and i’m not gonna sit there and eat something knowing i paid for a certain amount of pieces for me to be missing some. please just talk to your younger staff members to control themselves and know that everyone deserves respect.

We went for lunch today and had a wonderful experience. I ordered from the app using a coupon and accidentally chose the Lawrenceville location. There were several people in line, so we.sat down to wait. The manager came to see how she could help us. She honored our coupon, remade one of the orders because it got cold waiting on MY mistake to be rectified and was so pleasant. We will be back.

I really need to let someone know what an amazing experience I had at this location. The dining room was about to close but Ms Fran was still patient with me as I had ordered at another location. She helped me and My Ghost pepper wings we super fresh and I will be returning. Thank you Ms Fran for a wonderful experience.
I Went to this location back in June tried to make a formal complaint. This location did not respond . I reported them to the better business bureau and they still did not respond. Now it makes sense why the employee i encountered was so rude . There is no accountability for the staff members . Hopefully the owner or manager sees this review and sets a better example and actually makes their staff accountable for their actions. I personally won’t be visiting this location anymore , however it’s about the principle . But as I’ve learned in life some people don’t want to improve they rather get over on others and ignore the problem.
