I had a wonderful experience yesterday with Candace. She was the first person that helped me order my meal correctly. Great customer service and my food was delicious. I feel like they must have gotten a new cook because the turkey necks never tasted this good. I started ordering them from the lil burn location but these are so much better and tender well seasoned. I’ve also had the seafood at this location and it’s so good. I will definitely be back for this exact turkey necks meal.

The wings was very tiny and hard. My crawfish, shrimp, potatoes and sausage was cold. They were out of crab legs. Restaurant clean. Cashier had on flip flops and her hair bonnet on. Not sanitary

Our personal experience as we had great food and service my husband got a 10 piece shrimp platter and I got the fish platter. Everything was exceptional. The cashier was amazing! You are so seriously this place another chance.

Found this place while trying to find a fishing spot and I was satisfied. The fish was fried to perfection, the seasonings and the sides were delicious. Will be coming back.

I order 4lb crab leg today . Paid 139$ but when I got home is only 2lb .at the beginning they give me about 1lb .and I ask them they change .but I still feel is not right amount .coz am regular customer there always buy 3lb so I can tell they make something wrong .will never go back .the location at lilburn is good

Went here just before they closed to try something different instead of wings. They did not disappoint. The place is really clean and has plenty of nice clean highback booths and a area in the center chained of with what I believe was two big tables, most likely for large parties. The cashier was very polite and attentive. I tried the fish and shrimp combo. You can choose Whiting, tilapia or catfish. I got the Whiting with fries and shrimp and a Arnold Palmer to go. When I got my food I got two nice size pieces of Whiting and 5 large shrimp. Hot, fresh and seasoned just right. Had not been to a decent fish spot in Gwinnett before but fortunately I ventured here. And also the manager was nice too. Ill be back with family soon. Thanks for the good experience.

I am still giving this place a good rating because the food and service have been great until today(July 3). Today the lady could not get my order correct and when I arrived to pick up my order, she said, “Oh I thought you didn’t want it, so I didn’t prepare it.”

I asked the server how to open and eat the blue crab, she did not know, she got the manager who did not know, the manager then said, why did you order something you don't know how to eat? I asked him, why do you manage a place you don't know anything about?
If you're looking for a place that wants to try and humiliate you, does not want you to try anything new and won't even eat their own food, this is the place for you.
Service was very poor, very little seasoning on the food. Had to go somewhere else to get real food that the staff was not ashamed to eat themselves and had knowledge of.

My kids love the food here, but the pricing is not consistent with what is displayed. Also the portions are not always consistent as well. I've never gotten the same amount twice as far as food. If anything addional is ordered have them place it in its own container so that the amount can be verified.

Some of the best fish I’ve ever had! Fresh and the sides were perfect as well. Good hush puppies, coleslaw and everything was served hot and fresh! No complaints at all.

My experience has been a good one. Their fish is great everyevery time. The variety of choices is good and always fresh. Their prices are competitive, and cashiers are professional and customer focused. While it appears that most customers order takeout, I wouldn't mind having a date or meeting there because the environment is low-key and quiet, and the bathrooms are clean.

Parking: Worth a try.

Wheelchair accessibility: I haven't seen the accessibility. However, the entrance's double doors appear to be able to accommodate wheelchair.
