Doo's Seafood Loganville

Went here just before they closed to try something different instead of wings. They did not disappoint. The place is really clean and has plenty of nice clean highback booths and a area in the center chained of with what I believe was two big tables, most likely for large parties. The cashier was very polite and attentive. I tried the fish and shrimp combo. You can choose Whiting, tilapia or catfish. I got the Whiting with fries and shrimp and a Arnold Palmer to go. When I got my food I got two nice size pieces of Whiting and 5 large shrimp. Hot, fresh and seasoned just right. Had not been to a decent fish spot in Gwinnett before but fortunately I ventured here. And also the manager was nice too. Ill be back with family soon. Thanks for the good experience.

I am still giving this place a good rating because the food and service have been great until today(July 3). Today the lady could not get my order correct and when I arrived to pick up my order, she said, “Oh I thought you didn’t want it, so I didn’t prepare it.”

I asked the server how to open and eat the blue crab, she did not know, she got the manager who did not know, the manager then said, why did you order something you don't know how to eat? I asked him, why do you manage a place you don't know anything about?
If you're looking for a place that wants to try and humiliate you, does not want you to try anything new and won't even eat their own food, this is the place for you.
Service was very poor, very little seasoning on the food. Had to go somewhere else to get real food that the staff was not ashamed to eat themselves and had knowledge of.

My kids love the food here, but the pricing is not consistent with what is displayed. Also the portions are not always consistent as well. I've never gotten the same amount twice as far as food. If anything addional is ordered have them place it in its own container so that the amount can be verified.

Some of the best fish I’ve ever had! Fresh and the sides were perfect as well. Good hush puppies, coleslaw and everything was served hot and fresh! No complaints at all.

My experience has been a good one. Their fish is great everyevery time. The variety of choices is good and always fresh. Their prices are competitive, and cashiers are professional and customer focused. While it appears that most customers order takeout, I wouldn't mind having a date or meeting there because the environment is low-key and quiet, and the bathrooms are clean.

Wheelchair accessibility: I haven't seen the accessibility. However, the entrance's double doors appear to be able to accommodate wheelchair.

I visit this restaurant once a week for a meal. Among the restaurants in the area, this one is the best taste and great customer service. You guys must try! I highly recommend it.

The food is soooo good, the staff is nice and the beautiful Asian lady who took my order with a beautiful smile were all quick and helpful. The portions are large which makes them my number 1 seafood place in Loganville area. They really uphold the Service with a smile attitude. Thank you so much!

We always get the fried fish dinners. Very tasty whiting or catfish with fries or coleslaw. Hushpuppies are great too. Try them,you will enjoy. They have a family special that's a better deal than buying individually. We always order and pick up,but the inside looks very clean,can't rate the sit down service,always greeted with a smile though.

After deciding to try this Doos location again after my last bad experience, once again I was very disappointed. The owner answered the phone and put me on hold. After holding for almost ten minutes, I had to drive to the restaurant. When I walked in, I had to remind him that the phone was off the hook and that was bad for business. It always seems as if he serves smaller portions than advertised and what you pay for. Today he stated that there was an up charge for sauce. When I walked in the place was empty per usual. However this place had a HORRIBLE ODOR. I’ve been to plenty of seafood restaurants and no the smell isn’t from seafood. It smells as if something (an animal is deceased inside) and you can also tell cigarettes are being smoked in the establishment. I’ve been to other Doos locations and they don’t even want to be associated with this poor location. Other locations/employees refer to this Loganville location as “THE BAD COUSIN.” And they’re also aware of numerous people complaining about the poor service, small portions, and foul odor. I’m surprised this location is still open. If the owner doesn’t give the proper portions and take care of their restaurant’s cleanliness/sanitation, I won’t be surprised if it gets shut down. I don’t care about the closeness to my area, I needed seafood quick for a function, but I won’t be returning. I would like to rate this place with a ZERO 0️⃣

The boiled crab and shrimp here are fantastic. fresh and flavorful with a delicious spicy cajun style seasoning. I absolutely loved it.
