Its not a family friendly place. I know many business owners in the area in all types of trades. I manage businesses in our area for decades. Ive driven past this establishment for decades and recently tried them twice. Its not a good place to bring your family at all. Most smart business owners realize quickly you have to cater to families to make ends meet and they will carry you thru economic disasters. Obviously they are not interested. There was only 3 tables with guests one of those was ours. They told us they have been very slow. Wonder why? One server we had wasn't nice at all. One was very nice. I feel bad for the employees who like to work there but cant even get more sales or tips because the phone operation is good and doesnt cater to families and children

Ordered the large oyster platter, fried lightly. They were battered too much and fried hard. The veggies looked like warmed over from the day before. Hubby's taco shells tasted lit stale corn. This was lunch at should have left, we were the only customers at 12:30 lunch. Won't go back.

I do not do reviews that are not positive even if I have not had the best experience. This I am being I do patronize this establishment frequently even though I do not sit inside the bar I order out a lot. I had an order of alligator two days ago that wasn’t edible and was told when I called in to just have my receipt and bring it back. I can get either a full refund and or choose another meal. I am at establishment just left out, wasted the money that I purchased the food with nor did I get my refund or anything. I was told that I was told over the phone to have my food with me, which was not the case. I would have brought the food with me even though I knew I wasn’t gonna be able to come back to for like 2 1/2 more days because of my work schedule the attitude of the young man basically telling me that I must’ve miss understood not that I’m right not that we apologize or let me give you the refund anything like that basically looked over me not even to me.I cant refund you, There’s no food? With receipts in hand .The issue that I have is anytime I’m consistent and I’m using my hard earned money to spend it somewhere, I do expect a certain level of respect and honesty for doing so and this is the first time I’ve had this type of experience he can’t tell you who he is cause he didn’t even address himself to me,
basically was like bye And walked off. As a business owner myself keeping healthy relationships with your community is absolutely well worth it versus not refunding somebody for a meal that they immediately called you and told you was not up to par.

Don’t get the grilled grouper. Fish was not fresh and looked horrible. I ordered it with white rice and vegetables with a side of clam chowder. They gave me veggies in brown sauce, lo mein noodles and no soup. Good thing I checked my bag. I probably won’t go back. It was not worth the money

We went to Red Crawfish tonight and it was so good. We had the Bang Bang Shrimp and it was very good. We all had the Cajun Shrimp Boil mild. We had Amanda as our waitress and she was sweet. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us several times throughout our meal. Go eat there, you will not be disappointed.

Had more bun, lettuce & tomato than the seafood.

Their etouffee is awesome. Very close to New Orleans spicy style. This place is very under rated. Wings are good too. Will be back.

Last time I went to Redcrawfish was about a year ago, haven't been back because the food wasn't good like it use to be. But I went back today to help celebrate my brother -in-law 's birthday, and the food was awesome, and I thought maybe because of the new manager. He came around to each table to make sure that everyone was satisfied with their food. That makes a big difference to me! They will definitely see me coming back as a regular customer!

Had a small family gathering there for lunch (Saturday) and it was excellent! Great food, prompt service and refills. I had the cajun shrimp boil (medium spice) and after a taste of my brothers gumbo I ordered a bowl to go home for supper. We took our time and no one rushed us out. All round excellent

I called in an order and was told it would take 15 minutes. Fine, was up there by 20 minutes. Standing by the bar and waited and finally some comes. Told them my name and I had a pick up order. He goes to the back. I’m standing there for a few minutes and he comes back out and says they are still working on it. So I sat down to wait. He then comes back and asked me if I remembered what I ordered. That’s when I knew my order was probably not even put in. I repeated what I ordered and as I was telling home he started walking away. I was there for at least another 10-12 before asking another employee about my order. He goes in the back as well. About another minute and all three servers come back out. I get their attention and ask how long is this going to take. The 1 persons comes to me and says it’s going to be another 5 minutes. I ask why was I told it would 15 minutes when I called a 4:40 ( it was 5:19 at this time). I told him that it should not take this long. He didn’t seem to care and asked me “Do you just want to cancel it?” I told him cancel it because this was ridiculous. He then says it was because they were so busy. Mind you there were 6 tables with customers at that time. That had nothing to do with my to go order. Never again will I go tho this location. The one in Sugarloaf has better service and attentive servers.
