Very good service, great food. And nice ambient.

I called in an order and was told it would take 15 minutes. Fine, was up there by 20 minutes. Standing by the bar and waited and finally some comes. Told them my name and I had a pick up order. He goes to the back. I’m standing there for a few minutes and he comes back out and says they are still working on it. So I sat down to wait. He then comes back and asked me if I remembered what I ordered. That’s when I knew my order was probably not even put in. I repeated what I ordered and as I was telling home he started walking away. I was there for at least another 10-12 before asking another employee about my order. He goes in the back as well. About another minute and all three servers come back out. I get their attention and ask how long is this going to take. The 1 persons comes to me and says it’s going to be another 5 minutes. I ask why was I told it would 15 minutes when I called a 4:40 ( it was 5:19 at this time). I told him that it should not take this long. He didn’t seem to care and asked me “Do you just want to cancel it?” I told him cancel it because this was ridiculous. He then says it was because they were so busy. Mind you there were 6 tables with customers at that time. That had nothing to do with my to go order. Never again will I go tho this location. The one in Sugarloaf has better service and attentive servers.

Jerome and Vivian have always had an extraordinary,enjoyable, extremely excellent service every since last year when friends introduced us to Red Crawfish in Loganville, Georgia. We drive from Jonesboro, Georgia once a week sometimes twice a week just to enjoy. Foods,spirits are great. If you haven't visited stop on in, you'll keep coming in. I forgot to mention our waiter and waitress were Joe and Anita excellent service at all time. ENJOY!

bang bang shrimp...joke frozen, fake, shrimp covered with some sauce. Salad.. huge leaves of lettuce. Told person meal was terrible. Still charged for meal.

Wanted to eat and watch the fight it was last minute for me and hubby . I tried to put Red lobster in our GPS but Red Crawfish came up and it was only 2.6 miles from where we were at. I read a few reviews and said let’s try it. Reviews are EVERYTHING! And baby this place did not disappoint. It is now me and my hubby new spot. We had onion rings , egg rolls, sweet potato fries , the seafood dip, fresh oysters, bang bang shrimp, a shrimp salad and the vegetable bowl. We were a party of 4. EVERYTHING came out HOT and fresh and was sooooo good. We also had the strawberry margarita and it was made to perfection no skimp on alcohol and the best part was they had $1 beer and about 8 good choices to choose from . The service was SUPERB. I highly recommend and will be back. Thanks for a great experience

Great wings and steamed veggies. Bingo night also. Fun time.
