It was my first time dining at this location. The restaurant was very clean and had a 100 on their health food score. The hostess was speedy to get us seated.😁
Kentarius was our server and was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The food was prepared to our liking. The salad bar needed a little attention in regards to the quality of the mixed greens. The manager swing by twice to check in on us. Overall it was a fun dinner with friends. Look forward to coming back in the future.

not going to give it a rating. Ruby Tuesday in Loganville, Horrible service. Walked in ordered drinks and then we were told we would have to wait 45 minutes so they could cook the food for a party that was coming later. i’ve never been in a restaurant that males the patrons already their wait so they could cook the food for a party that’s coming in later first

I wanted to share feedback from our family’s recent visit to the Loganville location, which unfortunately was disappointing compared to our previous experiences
We spent nearly $70 for two adults and a toddler. While our server was polite, he was not attentive throughout the meal and did not take the order correctly. Requests for basic items for our table were either delayed for very long periods or never fulfilled at all. After waiting a considerable amount of time between visits to our table, the next time he came by was simply to ask if we were ready for the bill—despite us still lacking items we had asked for. Even when we requested the check and to-go boxes, those were eventually brought by another staff member, not our server.
The food itself was just okay, but the lack of attentive service and the extended waiting periods overshadowed the entire experience. What made it more frustrating is that we deliberately chose Ruby Tuesday over other options, expecting the level of service and quality we have enjoyed in the past. I literally drove from my own restaurant to this one. Instead, the long waits, unfulfilled requests, and inattentiveness left us disappointed and questioning whether it was worth choosing this location.
We hope this feedback is taken seriously, as consistency in service is just as important as the food. Families like ours want to feel confident that when we choose Ruby Tuesday, we’ll be treated with the same attentive care that made us return in the first place.
