Not gonna lie... In a time when EVERYTHING is so expensive, especially eating out, I thought it was a gimmick or the food and steak would be terrible and super tough... However, I ordered three dinners for my 2 children and I and was pleasantly surprised. The size of the steak was proper, the potatoes were great in size and taste... The steak could've used a little more seasoning but overall we were happy. I will do this deal again! Except I will tell them to season it more heavily

We haven't been to Ruby Tuesdays in a while, but it used to be one of our favorite restaurants. Unfortunately, that changed today. The service was great, but the food was sub par. I had the grilled salmon with rice pilaf and roasted corn. The salmon was fishy and the roasted corn tasted like it was canned corn with no flavor. I left the restaurant disappointed and hungry. The temperature was so cold that I couldn't eat comfortably. Very disappointing.

Went to take my family out to eat and my aunt has a small service dog for seizures. She has card and a small vest saying he is a service dog and they were rude and asked us to leave. Will not recommend to anyone as they were very rude.

Everything you order at this location. They never include the sauces that are advertised that come with the food. Mozzarella sticks are advertised with having red marinara sauce. Potatoe Skins with sour cream. Chicken fingers with honey mustard. I received zero sauces with my order. No ketchup, no mustard for sliders just meat, lettuce and hard buns. No marinara, no sour cream.

Had a horrible experience from one of their ghost kitchens. Got barely a mouthful of fries for like 4 dollars. Burger was alright but way to small to be worth $14. Contacted Uber eats and they basically told me to cry about it. Will not be ordering again.

Very poor service when trying to place an order over the phone. The young girls, answer the phone and place you on hold just to be hung up on. Not once. But twice. Then when I call back to speak to a manager. I'm still on hold with no answer. Very poor service.

This is the problem with gready business. I order loaded baked potato but they didn't have more potatoes and I still had to pay for the baked potato, I claimed it and they still charge me bcz they served me smash potato, the order take more than 30min. Chef if company is still going to charge for the item, next time go to the Walmart next door and buy potatoes dont be lazy. Stop taking money from hard working ppl.

I ordered the Ruby Tuesday burger medium well and specified no cheese, no pickles and the Asiago Chicken. The burger was medium rare at best with not 1 but 2 pieces of cheese. The chicken was small and cold and the fries were soggy. I could have just stayed home and threw $40 in the trash.

I eat from here about twice a month. Typically, no issues. Today, I went in to get my To-Go order. The employee working there (black male) physically turned his body so he wouldn’t have to acknowledge me. Another employee (black lady) came out of the back, walked past me without making any contact, and went to hostess station to talk and laugh with two other black, female employees. I waited a few minutes until the white male employee-who was working the bar /waiting on customers-offered me assistance. The whole time, my order was sitting there, getting cold. Not sure what was going on with the employees, today, but this was not the service I usually receive here. The food was good-once I heated it up at home.
