Worst tasting BBQ in the entire world. I gave $50 Worth of Ribs directly to the dog and it made the both of them violently ill.I definitely recommend everyone to never throw your money away because you're gonna need it to pay your deductible for your stomach to be pumped at Northside Hospital...

We got take out tonight and waited over an hour for it. The kitchen staff was very unorganized and the young lady at the front kept having to run around and get things back in order. The young lady at the front in the red shirt was the hardest worker I have seen in quite some time. I don't think she ever stopped moving and she was gracious, kind, and never lost her smile. If she isn't in charge, she should be.

Ordered on line, said it would be ready in 9 minutes. 45 minutes later I was told they were out of Mac and cheese. They told the guy in front of me that they were out of potatoes. Very lame father's day experience.

My daughter and I had a graduation to go to and wanted to eat before we went. I saw Shane's and pulled over, checked to see if they were busy and they were not. Dining area had one table occupied and they already had their food and two guys that were waiting for their to go order. It was perfect! I thought...... We ordered our food and paid at 6:09pm, and It took 21 minutes to get our food. Then we went to fix our drinks and there was an employee at the drink machine fixing drinks. She looks back and as if she did not see us continued making multiple drinks. This is Rude, inconsiderate of the customers waiting,and bad customer service. I understand they are for to go orders but if you have customers waiting to make their drink, let them. Apparently At this location if you are eating in, they consider you less important and we ended up not being able to eat in, and I was only able to eat my side and a few bites of my sandwich because of having to wait for our food and DRINKS. We didn't have time. SHANES REALLY LET US DOWN THIS TIME... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I AM SO DISGUSTED! I ORDERED A 6pc TENDER COMBO AND I WAS DAMN NEAR FINSHED EATIN MY WHOLE DANG ON PLATE WHEN I NOTICED A PIECE OF CURLY BLACK HAIR IN MY DANG ON TENDER FRIED IN MY CRUST!!! ( I HAVE BLONDE BROWN HAIR AT THE MOMENT ) ! I AM SO DISAPPOINTED THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME EVER EATING AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND THIS IS HOW MY FIRST TIME GOES! I AM SICK NEVER AGAIN
The Loganville location is the worst. They never have what you want. They are always running out of something. Went last Friday and they were even off of ice. They had an ice chest with a cup in it for each person to scoop out ice using the same cup!!!!

Haven’t been to Shane’s in years but decided to eat in tonight on a whim. The portions are generous and very fresh! Love their baked beans and the peppers in them. The homemade peach cobbler is a must have!
Wheelchair accessibility: Wide aisle down the middle with single tables spaced far apart made for accessible wheelchair seating for another guest who was dining in. Floor is even and entrance was easy to cross over.
