This store has the most amazing and kind employees Alyssa was a great help with the smoothie selection she told me all I had needed to know even got into which smoothies was the healthiest also there toasted is 10/10 went to dunkin the other day and there toast had almost made me cry thats how upset I was anyways if your in the loganville area I highly recommend this smoothie king to each and every human out there- Zipdakid

Every time I come here, the ladies are soooo sweet. Such great customer service. They are always smiling. Smiles are contagious and mean a lot when someone has had a rough day. Good to see people smiling in today’s time.

I love coming to this location. We are always greeted with a warm welcome. All the girls here are always very pleasant to me and my 3yr old daughter. She loves that they make her feel like such a big girl when they give her own small smoothie cup. We come to this location at least 4-5 times a week and we love it!! The place is always nice and clean as well! Just now leaving with my smoothies as I speak. I wanted to take a moment to post my review before I pulled off. I’m a regular customer at this location and usually order 3 to 5 times a week, either in-store or through the app. However, this recent experience left me very disappointed.

I placed an order on the Smoothie King app that included a PB Fizzle and a smoothie. The order was canceled, but I never received my refund. I called the store on Sunday, and a team member told me the manager would call me back that evening. No one ever followed up.

I even came by the store in person on Tuesday (June 17) to ask about my refund. Instead of helping, the staff was rude and dismissive. I wasn’t being rude—I just wanted answers. For someone who supports this location multiple times a week, I expected to be treated with more respect and understanding.

This is the first issue I’ve ever had, but the way it’s been handled has me rethinking where I spend my money. I hope management sees this and takes steps to improve both customer service and how refunds are handled from

Horrible experience. I entered the store and waited about 5 minutes only to be told they are understaffed and not taking orders. I have never had much an experience. Very poor customer service
