I go to get a smoothie from here at least twice a week and the service is always great! Smoothie always delicious 😋

I love coming to this location. We are always greeted with a warm welcome. All the girls here are always very pleasant to me and my 3yr old daughter. She loves that they make her feel like such a big girl when they give her own small smoothie cup. We come to this location at least 4-5 times a week and we love it!! The place is always nice and clean as well! Just now leaving with my smoothies as I speak. I wanted to take a moment to post my review before I pulled off. I’m a regular customer at this location and usually order 3 to 5 times a week, either in-store or through the app. However, this recent experience left me very disappointed.

I placed an order on the Smoothie King app that included a PB Fizzle and a smoothie. The order was canceled, but I never received my refund. I called the store on Sunday, and a team member told me the manager would call me back that evening. No one ever followed up.

I even came by the store in person on Tuesday (June 17) to ask about my refund. Instead of helping, the staff was rude and dismissive. I wasn’t being rude—I just wanted answers. For someone who supports this location multiple times a week, I expected to be treated with more respect and understanding.

This is the first issue I’ve ever had, but the way it’s been handled has me rethinking where I spend my money. I hope management sees this and takes steps to improve both customer service and how refunds are handled from

Horrible experience. I entered the store and waited about 5 minutes only to be told they are understaffed and not taking orders. I have never had much an experience. Very poor customer service

Very disappointed at my first experience with this Smoothie King. Ordered through the mobile app as a guest for a 6pm Drive Thru order. I ordered a smoothie & they didn’t give me a straw. How am I suppose to drink the smoothie without a straw? So half of it was melted by the time I got home. I also got the Açaí Cocoa Haze and it was in the bag sideways. The employee noticed it saying it was weird. I didn’t think anything by it because I put it up the correct way when I put it in my car (I didn’t open the bag). When I got home and opened the bag, the banana wasn't cut up as advertised & all my toppings were off to one side and most of the chocolate hazelnut drizzle was stuck to the left side of the lid. To top it off, the lid wasn’t on the drink all the way so when I picked it up, the lid came off and splattered some of the smoothie in my car.

It’s just kind of disappointing because I couldn’t enjoy it when I gotten it. It’s like a restaurant forgetting to put plastic silverware in a Togo order & the customer doesn’t have silverware on them (like if they have somewhere to be).

Never received a confirmation email or anything either (which I know is not the location’s fault).

I come here all time, literally like every weekday morning for breakfast. This location and its crew are amazing, service is always polite and smoothies always correct. They are outstanding! I recommend this location to everyone, and they never disappoint. The store is kept in great condition and the restroom is always clean and well stocked. I love this location and it crew, thanks for always being awesome, even at 8:15 am on a Monday.
