This location is a joke. We did an online order and have been waiting for 30 minutes in the car with 3 small children. We already paid, so we can’t leave. We are sitting here looking in the window while 2 employees are quite literally doing nothing. They are dancing and talking to each other and haven’t moved from where they are standing. To say we are under is an understatement. Where is the management at this location?????? We just spent $40 and wish we would have spent it somewhere else.
Update: we pushed the button again to find out what’s going on and nobody answered it and those same 2 girls are looking at us and talking to each other. Do better..disgusting behavior..
We finally had to get out and go to the door and we were ignored then, too. We got our food 40 minutes later and it was not even fresh. It was luke warm and the burgers were tough. No wonder sonic is going out of business..

I like Sonic, but this one is a hit or miss. I come here for lunch every few weeks or so. Sometimes they forget stuff from my order, sometimes they are fast, sometimes super slow even when empty. But when they get it right, is 🔥

I will never return here. I had a very bad experience, especially with Katelyn. She was very rude. She didn't take the correct order, and worse, she wouldn't let me finish it. There was poor customer service. I feel very upset and annoyed. It was a very bad experience. I will never return to this Sonic.

Ordered my food the lady that took my order was so rude and rushing me you could just tell she didn’t want to be there. They brought out the food and the food was absolutely TERRIBLE. We ended up throwing most of it away. Then a guy walks from out of the kitchen that looks high as a kite with pajamas on. This place really needs better workers. Not only that I came a couple weeks before and had a different terribly rude person that took my order. I’m done going here I gave it a second chance and was so disappointed won’t be back until they get new workers or they know how customer service goes.

Horrible experience the worker Katelyn was super rude!! Asked if they had Apple Pay she she answered very rudely with a no, so I asked if I could place a mobile order and she said no it was an inconvenience for “her” and she would have to throw the drinks away and make new ones even thoe we were right there willing to pay on app.

It's a shame that different Sonics have different tasting food. The service was great and the employees courteous. But, I was dissatisfied with the food.
I won't be going back.
Drove 40 minutes and tried to order at 8:20pm and was told very bluntly, “We’re not taking any more orders.” Business hours say until 12am. I’m watching the workers wander around right now and one is even on the phone. I think they’re doing closing duties almost 4 hours before they close. I don’t know if they don’t have their correct hours posted or not, but either way I had to press the button twice to get told “We’re not taking any more orders” in a rush.

They wouldn’t take my cash. They also never seem to care about getting orders correct and never answer at the pull in stalls so you have to go through the drive-through. I don’t think I’ll be back to this location. It’s clear they wouldn’t care anyways.

Slow slow slow disregard if you are in any kind of rush or picking up orders or trying to get one qt the drive up they will ignore you and cut the red button off terrible service and staff

Waited at the drive thru call box for around 8-10 mins before they greeted and asked what I wanted,even though only 1 car was a ahead of me. Waited just for Ice cream machine to be down.
