I only order large onion rings from this restaurant. This time the bag was half the size it usually is. I contacted the manager and got Straight Attitude. Never going back! She said they count the onions rings for large which after speaking to corporate she is Wrong! On phone with customer support and reporting her for being non professional. She literally slammed the door.

Disgusting. And I see I'm not alone. Whipped thru recently to get dinner for myself & the kids, and soon thereafter, five trips to the loo. My sense told me, as soon as I saw the burger, to throw it away. But I was hungry & proceeded anyway. Big, big mistake. Ran right thru me. It was all I had to eat all day, after only a banana late in the morning. So, 111% it WAS the food.
Frankly, a bad experience from the press of the button -- The girl who took my order was short & rude. Then, the dude who brought it to the car, all but threw it through my window.
The ONLY reason I gave 2-stars, rather than just 1-star, is because they didn't screw up the kids slushies.
We will not be back. Guaranteed. I suggest you stay away as well.

Bad customer service, and even worse attitudes. I don’t have high expectations coming to anywhere fast food but these ladies don’t seem to be able to hit the mark. The guy in the back with some common sense seems to be silenced often, put down and talked over. Upon checking my slushy which I was not allowed to modify as I pleased , I noticed that it was not even mixed All the way. Wack

Although the food is excellent, the service at this establishment is extremely poor. How is it possible that at the Drive-Thru, with only three vehicles in line, it took approximately 15 minutes to serve me, and then I had to wait 10 minutes for my order. What a disappointment!

They were so nice to me. I had a power aid blue shushie! It really cooled me down and hydrated me from this record-breaking heat. They also have great peanut butter shakes YUMMY!
Don’t include a photo of cheese sauce with the pretzel and keep the price at 1.99 when it’s actually 2.49 since they charge for every sauce 😂. Dang I know money is tight but are yall that hard up on cash?

Little girl taking orders at the drive thru Saturday 6/28 at 10pm was the rudest, most disrespectful person I've had the displeasure of dealing with. Keep up this level of customer service and this location will find itself closed like all of the other ones locally.

Horrible experience tonight. My family and I went get dinner tonight and the staff there was awful. They forgot to put straws in our bag. I walked up to the window to request the straws. A male staff member looked at me and turned around Completely ignored me and laughed in my face when I addressed him about it. I hope management see this post so that their staff members can get some training on proper customer service. Going into a place of business and being ignored by workers is very disheartening.
