I have really mixed feelings about this location. Sometimes I have the best experience and sometimes it’s a terrible experience. I write, really just to notify the managers of some problem areas. I almost never have a bad experience in the morning, yes it is busy, but it’s Starbucks in the morning. I am always greeted with cheer and my coffee is ALWAYS right and ALWAYS good. If I visit this location in the afternoon 9/10 is a bad experience, the coffee is terrible and the customer service is bad. The workers don’t even speak to you when you walk in, there is nothing that makes your experience good in the afternoon. Just from reading other reviews, I think it maybe time to re-evaluate staff or maybe they just need additional training, either way I’ll continue to come I just avoid it later in the day.

I got in line at 10:00 am on a Friday with maybe 8-10 cars ahead of me. I didn’t get my coffee until 10:36!!! No mention or apology for the wait. Absolute insanity. Apparently this is a common occurrence according to the majority of one star reviews on Yelp.

Did an online order? And I ordered at the window and when I received my drink. I got all the way to work. And I've seen that it was only a made a phone call. Because everybody knows Starbucks is not cheap. But the manager angel quickly apologized and made it right. She even gave me a complimentary drink. The next day with a surprise treat and was very apologetic. It definitely turned my reviews into a 5 star for the service. I would definitely go back

This location has really gone down and I’ve lived in the area for 5 years. The wait time has gotten ridiculous and the customer service sucks. Sad part is, it wasn’t always like this. Yes there are long lines at times, but they were able to still get everyone in and out in a timely manner. If I order a toasted bagel but have to wait in line 30 min to get it, it’s cold by the time I receive it and I shouldn’t get ATTITUDE when asked to re-warm it! I didn’t order a cold bagel, I ordered toasted. This location needs to do better

The customer service here is bad. Not very friendly at the drive thru and then made my drink wrong and caught an attitude when I told them it wasn’t the right size.

I had a gift card error today that was not their fault or mine, but it was very disappointing since I had ordered quite a few things too. Enjoy with it. Not only were they super nice, they did not let my child leave disappointed. Nothing but love for them!

The drive through line was long, so we decided to go inside. The lady taking our order was wonderful, but we did not expect to wait almost 30 minutes for our order as they were putting out a million mobile orders. Usually when I have been to a Starbucks they will do yours if you are physically there waiting in between the mobile orders. When I asked “do yall not do the order if we order it here?”, the lady replied that “no they do all mobile through first even if it comes in one minute before yours”. I’m sorry, that’s insane to have people standing there waiting for that long while putting out others and having them sit there no matter what. We didn’t even get food… just two drinks. Interrupted my Jesus time!

I have had nothing but positive experiences at this location. My coffee has always made just as requested and they happily change anything even if I'm the one who forgot to customize it correctly. Very friendly and patient staff.

Our online order was not ready at the time app said it would be, so the staff at the window told us to loop around and we waited for 4 cars to get their order (which arrived after us), to receive an incorrect drink order, than having to wait an additional 10 minutes to get the correct order. 30 minutes for 3 drinks is ridiculous. The dunkin up the road would take online orders within seconds and not make you wait or loop around, they give you your order according to arrival order basis and have a better reward system.

This starbucks has lost their sense of urgency when it comes to drive-thru service. Used to be the quickest I frequent not anymore. Hope you all can pick up the speed of service again.
