I have had nothing but positive experiences at this location. My coffee has always made just as requested and they happily change anything even if I'm the one who forgot to customize it correctly. Very friendly and patient staff.

Our online order was not ready at the time app said it would be, so the staff at the window told us to loop around and we waited for 4 cars to get their order (which arrived after us), to receive an incorrect drink order, than having to wait an additional 10 minutes to get the correct order. 30 minutes for 3 drinks is ridiculous. The dunkin up the road would take online orders within seconds and not make you wait or loop around, they give you your order according to arrival order basis and have a better reward system.

This starbucks has lost their sense of urgency when it comes to drive-thru service. Used to be the quickest I frequent not anymore. Hope you all can pick up the speed of service again.

Been coming to the Starbucks for years and have never had a problem until recently. Went last week and my whole order was wrong, but went again yesterday and talked to management (Janet) about the situation i had had and she was super nice and took care of my order! Went back today around 10:15 thinking it would be better and i ordered a Venti Iced white mocha with sweet cream cold foam and caramel drizzle. The drink was completely white when i got it, all the coffee was at the bottom of the drink and when i tasted it it didn’t take like a white mocha drink. I have had this drink many many times before and tasted amazing!! I don’t know what is going on with this places recently; but something needs to be fixed right away.

This is a place I've frequented the last 5 years. Took a 1st sip of my iced coffee this morning to start my day. Got a mouth full of a BLONDE HAIR inside of my coffee!!!! I have black hair and work alone. I'm pissed and disgusted. Never have I ever in my 36 years of life experienced this anywhere with any of my drinks. How is that even possible???

Ive always came to this location and used to prefer it. Until today. I'm getting my car full serviced at the car wash next door and they told me I can wait at Starbucks if I'd like. So I did. Keep in mind I was just at that Starbucks just 2 hours ago this morning. I'm sitting outside waiting and an employee comes out and tells me that I've got to leave or pay for something. This car wash and Starbucks supposedly has an agreement and Starbucks didn't hold up to the agreement. It's surprising and disappointing. I would have never suspected they wouldn't hold up to their agreement. Unfortunately they lost me. I know that's just one person but that's just how it is.
Ordered a double chocolate chip frappe and they gave me cookies and cream. After addressing the error I was told that it was chocolate chip even though after drinking it, I only got cookie crumbs. They said they could remake it but they said they would make it exactly how that one was made.

Holy sheep this is the slowest drive thru on earth.
Tyrese is some sort of manager here and has no clue what he is doing- he is an aloof employee who moves like a snail and then will tell you I can’t make your order right even WHEN YOU CAN PROVE the mistake. The. Had the nerve to address me getting slightly rude when he told me 3 times he would do nothing to make my order right.
Anyways I will be speaking to the actual manager who knows I have placed many orders here at this location and normally the real management at this location is great so they may want to remove the bad seed

The baristas are always nice but my drinks are never right. I ordered a nitro cold brew with an extra splash of vanilla sweet cream but I got sweet cream with a splash of cold brew. The chestnut praline latte was incorrect as well. No whip cream or chestnut praline topping.I’m not sure what the oily substance is on top.

I just ordered two venti hot coffees, and it’s not even full! So upset and disappointed by the fact that I paid to have the largest size and still get a small sizes. IF YOU WANT YOUR FULL CUP OF COFFEE GO ELSE WHERE.

SO disappointed! I was so excited to get the Chestnut praline latte as the holiday drinks came out today. The signs were up and nothing was said that they didn't have it when I ordered. Went through drive through, paid $8 (gave a $1 tip like I always do) for a Venti and what did I get? A PLAIN no additional flavor latte. ERG! Was on my way to work so no time to turn around and go inside. :/
