I never write reviews but I got served by Jae today really nice guy with freckles. He was the epitome of customer service. I am on a new diet and I am normally at Starbucks all the time but didn’t know what I wanted. I had a lot of questions and he was so patient and explained everything to me with kindness. Sad this is so rare nowadays but we need more ppl like Jae. - the girl with oatmeal questions 😂
First let me say that i have gone to many Starbucks over the years. I even have a brand new one a block away from my home. But i continue to come to this specific Starbucks located in the Kroger plaza just so Matthew can make my drinks. He’s always professional. Always pleasant. His customer service is top notch!! It’s like he’s sent from the Starbucks Gods ??????. Everyone else that works there doesn’t try to find out what the customer likes or even care if we like anything...
This Starbucks runs with Matthew (Barista)! He is so attentive, always greets with a smile and has great customer service! Literally come here a few times a week and always hope he is there! Thanks Matt!
