I used to go all the time because I loved the subs. But now the subs are over $10 and they've minimized the amount of meat in the premade portions for a cold cut. I had one employee point it out to me while she took two of the prepackaged portions to the back and combine them so I would actually get what I was paying for. I was willing to pay the price hike but I am not willing to pay the price hike and get stiffed on the ingredients as well. Not cool subway.

THE WORST SUBWAY EVER!! The manager is an unclean rude lady. She does not know how to treat her customers or employees. Always rushes us when we try to get our food. Literally yells! This is the closest location to my house, however, I would rather go to another one further away.

We came in asking if we could use a coupon. They said yes but not for the sandwiches on this one sign. I said I wanted two footlong cold cut combos. He said they were out of the pre cut cold cut combos. We asked what sandwich would be comparable. He said the BMT. So, we got that. They were out of all cheeses but pepper jack and shredded. We wanted jalapeños and they were out of those. When we got to the check out, the very rude employee then proceeds to tell us we can’t use the coupon because the BMT was not included for that coupon. Even if though they didn’t have any more cold cut trios. When we said never mind we will go somewhere else, she said don’t forget your coupons and have a nice day! My husband said ‘that’s great customer service’ and she said thanks. Very rude. I never write reviews so the fact that I am tells how angry I am. Ridiculous! Don’t go there!!

My family and I would go to this subway a couple times a month but lately every time we go in there it seems to be worse and worse. Lately they are missing half the items no slice cheese, no chips, no cookies. This restaurant has really gone downhill and I don’t plan to every go back don’t waste your time or money!

The employees are slow, lazy and lack basic communuication skills. I was served by a young man that couldn't speak up and kept mumbling.
Bad service, the employees are lazy and don't know how to speak to people. The employee that served me was quiet and slow.

I haven’t been in Subway for a couple of years now. This location by far exceeds my expectations. The attention to detail especially ordering on the app has been spot on for me. I went to the other location that’s almost in Grayson yesterday because the Loganville location was closed. Huge difference in how the details of what I wanted on the sandwich were followed. I will not go back to that location.

Nothing but perfection here. After my disastrous visit to a different Subway yesterday, I was still craving a tuna sandwich. I got what I wanted in Loganville. The service was quick and polite. I am happy and guess what? --- They actually put enough tuna on my sandwich that it looked like a tuna sandwich. I will definitely be back.
