My family and I would go to this subway a couple times a month but lately every time we go in there it seems to be worse and worse. Lately they are missing half the items no slice cheese, no chips, no cookies. This restaurant has really gone downhill and I don’t plan to every go back don’t waste your time or money!
The employees are slow, lazy and lack basic communuication skills. I was served by a young man that couldn't speak up and kept mumbling.
The guy we ordered from was way too quiet to hear

Bad service, the employees are lazy and don't know how to speak to people. The employee that served me was quiet and slow.
Did not give me my monster but instead wrote on my receipt, "we don't sell this anymore refund in bag" and then did not even give me the full refund.

I haven’t been in Subway for a couple of years now. This location by far exceeds my expectations. The attention to detail especially ordering on the app has been spot on for me. I went to the other location that’s almost in Grayson yesterday because the Loganville location was closed. Huge difference in how the details of what I wanted on the sandwich were followed. I will not go back to that location.

Nothing but perfection here. After my disastrous visit to a different Subway yesterday, I was still craving a tuna sandwich. I got what I wanted in Loganville. The service was quick and polite. I am happy and guess what? --- They actually put enough tuna on my sandwich that it looked like a tuna sandwich. I will definitely be back.

Ordered online and everything was wrong. Steak and turkey sandwiches, had the meats swapped out and sauces and bread as well. $21 worth wasted, just sad. Probably won’t be returning.

Best subway we've ever gotten EVERY time we go!!
I have always loved this location. The manager Mrs. Roberta is nice and good at her job. My sandwich is always made to perfection and I eat there almost everyday so I would know if it was hit or miss. To all the people complaining about their online orders they need to understand this is one of the busiest Subways in the area and the line can get long quick at lunch time so its hard to serve the people in the store and make your sandwich you were too lazy to come in and order. Despite the length of the line it is always shortened very quickly and despite the sometimes rude customer the employees are always super polite. I love this location and recommend over any other in the area.

This location is usually a hit or miss. Lately, though, they've been really lazy with online orders. Today my whole order was wrong. The subs were untoasted, some didn't even have cheese and the steak tasted weird too. I don't understand how it could be made wrong if it tells you on PRINTED paper. Loganville Subway please listen to your customers and fix your errors!!

I’m so disappointed this became my go to location when the Grayson store went under new management and went to the birds now this one! I ordered online the app cycled through and said my food was ready I walk in and my food isn’t even started because they ran out of Italian bread … explain how that happens when they are supposed to be baking it fresh all day and that is the most common option! I couldn’t even cancel my order because I ordered through the app and it was already paid for! Uggggh total disappointment! Time to find a new Subway …AGAIN

My husband and I ordered our subs and requested water to drink. The employee asked what size we wanted and pulled out 2 cups. I said just a small cup. That is what they always offer when we get water. He handed me two of the small print ed cups. When we sat down and started eating we noticed that that we were charged $5.00 total for water. I went to the counter and asked when they started charging for water and was told that they don't charge for water, just the cups. Then I approached the employee who had given the cups to me an asked if they were out of water cups, and he said no they are right there. I mentioned that he did not offer us those cups and that we had given them a $3.00 tip to boot. He just said my apologies. I then asked for the owner's card or name and phone number. Of course I was told that they don't have that information. We have never paid for non bottled water that I can remember at any restaurant we eat at. Maybe once or twice a quarter for a cup somewhere. None of these employees seem to care. I think they found it entertaining. Burns me up! And of course they are usually out of something when you order. Tonight it was the provolone.
