Very inattentive waitress had to flag down twice for refill. Started vacuuming around table while eating. Asked for to go yum yum sauce brought back an empty container to put existing almost gone old yum yum in Cheappppppp.

Wait staff wasn’t really attentive and didn’t really listen to us. Food had a funny taste. But didn’t waste my time saying anything to the waitstaff because they weren’t really attentive to the people on the restaurant. This place use to be way better definitely have gone down hill in quality

My group of 4 enjoyed our food and the staff was attentive and kind, even after we stayed talking for like three hours. I will say that I was unaware they don't serve lunch on Sundays. So the 15$ bento box I was looking forward to would have been 26$! I asked the difference and she said it was a dinner portion so it would have 2 more pieces of everything. So rather than 4 tempura veggies, you'd get 6. But almost double the price. Bummer. So, I got something else that was less than the original 15$ I would have originally spent. I will not be back for lunch, since apparently they don't serve it. I don't want a dinner portion for lunch, and dislike wasting food.

I’m very disappointed in the service that I just received. I’ve ordered from this establishment atleast 3 times now and I always spend upwards to $40. The 1st time they completely messed up my order and i got home and had to drive back during a lunch break for them to correct it. They did and was kind about it. Today, i ordered and decided to have it delivered. Their rule is food can be delivered for $20 or more. My order was $35. The person who took my order over the phone was very nice and also made sure I understood that there’s a $4 delivery fee. I was fine with that. When the delivery man arrived… he handed me my food and a pen with the receipt to sign. I signed and put the total at the bottom and crossed out the additional tip line. He took the receipt and looked at me and said… NO TIP? I explained to him that i tipped $4 for delivery. He then angrily walked off. I now don’t feel comfortable with ever ordering from this place again because i feel they may retaliate. They’ve surly lost a paying customer over something so petty. Tipping additional is completely optional. These restaurants need to pay their employees better if it’s causing them to be hostile with the customers over tips! So disappointing.

I asked for gluten free soy sauce and the servers had never heard of such a thing. There are so few places that a person who needs to be gluten free can go because wheat (aka gluten) is in so much. I had my meal without sauce and it was ok, but imagine how delicious it would have been with soy sauce. This is not a choice for me. Go purchase a couple of bottles of gluten free soy sauce PLEASE

Do not eat here! We just ordered pick-up and the food is awful. We got teriyaki chicken. First off the yum yum looks like a science experiment gone wrong. It tastes like sugar water and has an awful pink tent. Something out of an alien movie. The meal looks like it came out of a steam fresher bag you get in the freezer section. The flavor is so minute it tastes like my great grandma only knows how to season her food with salt. This is the worst takeout I’ve ever ordered. Guess the joke is on me bc I got this place confused with Sake which is the place we normally order from. $50 bucks later I’m sad, hungry, and depressed bc I went to the wrong sushi place! Do not order here, you’ll regret it. Trust me!

Excellent customer service!! I had requested an expedited delivery because I was late ordering dinner for the family and they came through beyond my expectations. I have just recently discovered this location and will be returning frequently!

I do not recommend, food was not good. Crab Angels were decent, spicy tuna crunch roll was decent but child portions.

Ordered a Teriyaki chicken with a Miso soup, salad, and fried rice (which is $2.50 extra). The salad was just lettuce (no carrots, tomato, etc). The teriyaki chicken was just slices of white chicken meat with a teriyaki sauce and sesame seeds drizzled on top. I would’ve expected the chicken to been grilled along with vegetables and fried rice and served in one container. The chicken was tasteless and not worth the $21 I paid.
