55 minutes total to get a $32 order. I asked after 30 minutes and was told they were checking on it multiple times. Then I asked a 3rd time after 40 minutes and was told they gave it to someone else. I was watching the whole time so this did not happen. I asked the first guy and he said they did not give it to anyone else. Even after all that it was another 10 minutes. 55 minutes, no apology. I dont know if it ever would have come if I didn't keep asking g as apparently they marked it complete and kept forgetting to check. Very disorganized, people got orders out of order. Would never go back to this location. Would give zero stars for service if I could. Even after I got the food, items were missing and they seemd bothered that I wanted the items in paid for.

Sat in drive thru for an HOUR. I couldn’t pull out because of the way that the drive-through was designed, and my child was screaming in the back because of how long we had sat in the drive-thru. Ridiculous…..

Loganville Taco Bell. Drive through service was extremely slow. This was not the first time. It will be the last. Also we asked for soft taco supremes with no cheese. And we recieved cheese. I was not about to wait another half our for them to fix it. The price is not worth the value and especially not worth the time. Beware of the wait time at this location. You should use the app and do inside pickup but plan ahead so when you get there it will be ready. Do not order when you arrive. You will be better off going next door. Zaxbys or Wendy's for faster service.

This is the best Taco Bell I have ever been to. Their customer service beats anywhere I had been to in YEARS. Food is always hot and fresh and obviously made to order, which is great from a fast food chain.

I enjoyed my bean burritos and my senior drink! One thing I would suggest is that each ingredient be applied along the length of the burrito so you get all ingredients in each bite. I didn't get the sour cream until the last two bites.- Thank you for your attention to this matter. 😀

Just went through the drive thru after a long day of work. Getting off at 11PM, options are limited, and I was looking forward to my dinner at Taco Bell. As former employee, I expect better customer service from this establishment compared to what I received tonight. Not only was my order messed up, and there was beef added to my nachos when I specifically asked for it to not be added as I do not eat it. I also asked for mild sauce and only got a small amount of ONLY hot sauces? Not sure how that happened. Would love to be treated better here and receive correct food after a long shift. So now I’m not eating dinner tonight.

While the staff was extremely nice, the system is set up to fail. My son needed to go to the bathroom so we went inside instead of going through the drive-thru. But when we went inside, there was no way to check-in for my mobile order, so we stood at the counter for well over 10 minutes before being able to even get someone to realize that we weren't just waiting for our order to be placed on the mobile order shelf. Next we waited over 25 minutes for our food, where it was realized that it had been lost, so we had to wait even longer for our box of tacos and additional items to be made. All in all, we would have been better off getting back in our vehicle and getting back into the long drive-thru line, because by the time we left, the line had been processed twice over. Granted it was a busy Friday, this failure of check-in method, assured we wouldn't be returning any time soon. Especially since we weren't even offered a drink or coupon for next visit after the long inconsistence. I am being minimalist with my time estimates because it was the week before last and it isn't fresh in my memory but it was honestly probably longer. It was long enough that I wrote corporate as I left the parking lot.
