They changed dipping tacos. So Im placing my order. I was asking for dipping tacos she said they no lomger sale so i asked about steak queso in menu and a second lady got on head set with nice nasty that they not saling dipping tacos no more and I had to politely tell her I can understand English im no longer asking about dipper tacos and she eventually apologized and got off the speaker

Ordered one #5 combo with a Mountain Dew, a chicken quesadilla and a spicy potato soft taco. Dude rung me up for two nachos, one nachos bell grande combo, and no quesadilla. Repeatedly tried to correct him over the speaker because the screen wasn’t working. He repeatedly told me he had it correct; Night Shift must be smoking crack. They also didn’t even give me the mtn dew

Had an order through the online taco bell app. Yes, I know doordash delivers, and taco bell don't. However, I had an order, that was put in at 10:30pm on the tb app. It was slated to be delivered at 11:26pm. Then, 11:42pm. Then 11:55pm. It finally arrived at 12:04am. It was cold food warm drinks and tasted old as crap. Hit up the driver and was told they gave her 2 more orders, after she had already gotten mine. So, messaged taco bell in the app. Told them of the experience I received. They offered this (Pic below). Don't think I will be ordering from this location or any other ever again. Called the store (night manager), was told (even though it was their app not doordash or ubereats) there was nothing they could do. Literally a $45 order and all i get is $10? For food that was nasty and probably dripping of bacteria from being an hour old at room temperature? Really tacobell? Taco bell, you and your service industry should suffer a catastrophic failure in my opinion. But I digress.
It was a quick visit at the drive through and was fine.

It’s solid. No Taco gonna be ideal if we being honest but everybody here is friendly atleast it’s slow sometimes but it’s not like the two in Snellville those are truly the worst. Staff will mess up an order sometimes but they are always kind about it when ya bring it to their attention. They hire good people

The food was great, always is.. I ordered online and picked up in the drive thru. It was late so the inside was closed. There was no one in front of me. I waited at the window for (no joke) 25 minutes. The order was pretty basic: 4 chalupa meals... I don't see how that could take 25 minutes to prepare. There was a whole line of cars behind me but surprisingly no one left. I would only recommend going while the inside is opened.

God whatever you order you better order extra meat 3 times in any kind of burrito you order or you best believe you're going to be eating nothing but add ons. My beefy 5 layer burrito looks like I got two effing scoops of beef.. FROM A BABY SPOON!!! YOU'RE NIGHT SHIFT SUCKS.
