I came into waffle house tonight and my card was declined, unbeknownst that my car insurance had been taken out of my account. Levi didn't hesitate, and offered to cover my bill for me. He was so kind and considerate and told me he wanted to bless me, so thank you Levi, for going above and beyond and making my waffle house experience unforgettable! Way to go waffle house, for having incredible customer service! ❤️

The food was good, although the service today was extremely poor. I received my food and drink. As i was the only person in the building at the time, the server simply refused to check if i was enjoying my food or if i needed a refill of my beverage. Instead, he proceeded to play on his phone and sit in the corner. Simply a poor display of customer service, even for waffle house standards. The heavyset male server lacks any work ethics as he left the cook to do all the work. Not even did he wipe tables down that were a mess or touch dishe aside from moving them to the sink. Mordecai was his name

Sat down in a section that only had one customer in it, so figured wasn’t that busy. 2 people sat after us in the same section and were greeted in a timely manner, we still haven’t been greeted yet. we got there at around 11:15 and wasn’t talked to until like 10 mins later. By the time we got greeted, he said that he was training someone and we started telling him our order, when he then said “sorry i spaced out, what did you say?” so we repeated it. we gave him our drink and food orders at the same time to get it all out of the way, he then goes and spends like 5 mins explaining to the trainee how to call out our order, he walks to the other side of the kitchen and hands out food, still has not gotten our drinks and we’ve been there for about 30 mins at that point. we just got up and left, because there was no sense of urgency and no organization. and we were PARCHED as well, since he didn’t spend that time just getting our drinks first which would’ve taken at least 30 seconds in between everything else he did.

This resteraunt was clean! The food was decent for waffle house. The waitress was having an off day but she recovered from her mistakes quickly. Not a bad place and I will go back.

Today topped any service I have had anywhere, ever. Charolette went ABOVE AND BEYOND. She made us feel like family… it was not a Waffle House but a waffle home.
