Tonight Me and my husband ordered FRIES & A LARGE RANCH through DoorDash, only because we have 2 small kids and it was convenient. It took AN HOUR for them to get the order ready for the dasher. AN HOUR for FRIES and ranch… what kind of non-since is that? They’re insanely lucky we even ordered from them again. We keep giving them chance after chance because we genuinely like their wings! The last time we ordered we were told a specific time to pick up, we get there at pick up time and they tell us it’ll be a few minutes because they were busy OVER 45 minutes goes by with us checking on the order only for them to tell us that the order was never put it! This store is terrible! Not to mention the “customer service” just isn’t there! NEVER again will we order from this location! Absolutely Trash! Do better!

Food was okay chicken tenders had so much oil on them and in the container, just a tip for this restaurant. Y’all should wear gloves while cooking and handling food at all times. And have hair nets on at all times. As I was sitting and waiting for my food none of the employees had on gloves nor hair nets. I think that’s something y'all should invest in.

When we arrive there was no one in the store. Ordered our food and only waited 15 mins for $35 worth of food! All of it was hot and fresh! As we walked in the lobby area was clean as well as the bathrooms and tables!! 10/10 would recommend this location! SPOT ON🙌🙌

It's currently 6:11. This place is ran like blind toddlers are in control. I'm making this review after my 3rd visit and it has not improved at all! The staff just enjoys having a great time playing with each other and will take their sweet time to assist you with your attempts to pay them for service. Once the order has been placed, you might as well go see a movie because I've never received my order any sooner than 50 min. Tonight is my last time giving them my money, and will stick with Spice Wing near Kroger. The service, price, and food are fantastic! I live a mile from this Wingstop but driving across town for Spice Wing is well worth it.
