Jesus christ I could have gone home and back and my order still wouldn't have been ready. 30 minutes for a 10 piece combo is crazy and the staff doesn't even say anything to you while you're waiting?? Like at least give me heads up that i'll be waiting a while

It was International something day and ppl were there waiting! They were busy but they took my order and made it in less than 30! I esp appreciated the service and a place to sit! Itās disable friendly and I liked that! The Manager was awesome and helped everyone who had online orders! To get their correct orders.While making sure they understood the specials!

This place is COMPLETE TRASH, for lack of a better term. Zero customer service, a lack of transparency and communication. 50 mins waiting just to be told that the items I ordered wasnāt available. I will say that the manager tried her hardest and she was the only person that actually tried. The kitchen is LAZY and the young girl, Wynter maybe? She needs to learn how to be a lady and take an etiquette course or two. Just a mess.

I wish i would have read this reviews before My first & LAST visiting this Customer NO Service Wing Stop! I walked in to a No Greeting & a man speaking to me loudly from the back. Finally understood my coworkers, & My name on the order. handed me my food & a cup. I walk over to get the drink... No Ice, Soda machine needs cleaning and No Soda. Went to get Tea. NO TEA. The tea dispenser was also dirty and STICKY. Today is a 94* HOT as hell I went back to my 20 min ride back to my job. I don't like this establishment. I can spend my $30.40 where I'm a valued customer.

Tonight Me and my husband ordered FRIES & A LARGE RANCH through DoorDash, only because we have 2 small kids and it was convenient. It took AN HOUR for them to get the order ready for the dasher. AN HOUR for FRIES and ranchā¦ what kind of non-since is that? Theyāre insanely lucky we even ordered from them again. We keep giving them chance after chance because we genuinely like their wings! The last time we ordered we were told a specific time to pick up, we get there at pick up time and they tell us itāll be a few minutes because they were busy OVER 45 minutes goes by with us checking on the order only for them to tell us that the order was never put it! This store is terrible! Not to mention the ācustomer serviceā just isnāt there! NEVER again will we order from this location! Absolutely Trash! Do better!

Food was okay chicken tenders had so much oil on them and in the container, just a tip for this restaurant. Yāall should wear gloves while cooking and handling food at all times. And have hair nets on at all times. As I was sitting and waiting for my food none of the employees had on gloves nor hair nets. I think thatās something y'all should invest in.

When we arrive there was no one in the store. Ordered our food and only waited 15 mins for $35 worth of food! All of it was hot and fresh! As we walked in the lobby area was clean as well as the bathrooms and tables!! 10/10 would recommend this location! SPOT ONšš
