This was bad, my kids wanted wings, but they messed up my order by 25 wings. I can understand losing 5 or 10 wings, but come on 25. Please save yourselfs your time and your money and don't come here.

Wow, where do I even start with this place?? Been to wingstop numerous times and will never be visiting this location again. If you like soggy chicken, mushy burger buns, and almost an hour long wait for something you ordered online 30 minutes previously this is the place for you. Not to mention the fries were also soggy of old oil and tasted horrible, ordered seasoned fries one regular one lemon pepper and both were unseasoned. couldn’t finish our sandwiches they tasted so off. The one thing they did get right was the size of the cup they gave us to get our own drink. Service was bad seemed like no one was paying attention or had a drive to do their job. If I could leave zero stars I would.

I will never go here again, they messed up my order and even after I alerted them about the error, they did not fully correct the order nor offer my money back. The person who I contacted basically promised they would process a return which never occurred. I would rather go to any other wingstop

My family and I will no longer go to this location.Honestly, it sucks to give this place as low of a rating as I am because most of the time the food is pretty good and there is one guy who works here I believe as a manager and he is solid. What you have to go through is not worth it.However, my wife and I have had multiple horrible interactions with bad attitude employees, over an hour wait at times, forgotten orders that aren’t realized by the employees and missing bag contents too many times. A few other people and I have also noticed that you get treated differently based on appearances here as well.

I swear this is the absolute worst establishment hands down! Over an hour and 30 minute wait while the young workers played around and talked instead of making the meals. 3 people returned their food for having the wrong meals! I also seen 3 employees end their shift and leave with bags of food! I WILL NOT BE BACK!

This is the second and last time I will go to the loganville location. First time my order was very late and wrong. This time I arrive to the place packed and every person that received their order stopped and told them the order was incorrect. The staff would throw the food in the garbage and start over. Leaving everyone waiting and pushing the time back for everyone else. I watched a bag get out on the warmer only to fall over and half of the stuff fell out. The bag was picked up and put back. This place is a mad house and customer service is a joke. corporate should either get new management and staff or shut this place down. I was so happy to have one closer to my home.. booooo!

I ordered online and when I got there my food was ready. But when I tasted the fries cold & hard.. I go back inside young guy put’s the same fries back in the grease. Meanwhile the workers standing around whispering talking bout “what she said”. I have given this establishment too many chances.. they are NOY getting better.. it’s so sad.

I called at 11:35 PM to place an order. No one answered. I arrived in person at 11:40 PM to find 3 employees in the store and the manager refused service. Markee theManager said he needed 20 minutes to fry the chicken, well at 11:40, you have 20 minutes to prepare my 10 piece meal. I explained that I called first and that I had just gotten off a flight and was really hungry, it didn't matter. I hope the owner knows that your employees are turning down business.

Horrible service Horrible food. Every time I order they put the sauce in the box instead of on the actual chicken. I know it’s the same person doing it because it’s the night shift around 10-11pm. This is the worst wing stop I have ever had they need to really be shut down. People work to hard and are too hungry for people to play with their food in the middle of the night.
I am on a keto diet.So I drove twenty minutes out of my way to go to the wingstop in loganville georgia. I waited at the cash register for 15 minutes before an employee.Even said anything to me. Then I stood there and listened for the next 5 minutes.As two of the employees argued about somebody coming off break to take my order. I finally decided I could wait until later tonight to eat. Very poor experience.

Not sure what happened in the last few weeks but you are going to wait for your order for like 20 + minutes , the cooks seem lost , messy and new . And the place needs a clean up asap .
