Always slow, not the biggest deal. Poor attitude, wrong orders and careless with the orders is a big deal. 100% last time we will come to Loganville location. Last couple times we wrote it off but now it’s consistent with every time we go. Nothing but kids who don’t care seem to be the only type of employee they have. We were served melted styrofoam with our cheese bites.

The manager was so kind and helpful. She is working very hard for the customer! Food was great and the restaurant was clean! We enjoyed our stop.

Ordered tenders tossed in sauce and got home to find there was no sauce. Worst Zaxby's ever that can't ever get orders right.

This is the most unprofessional Zaxby’s I have ever been to. The customer service is extremely poor. The food is always wrong.

Quite possibly the slowest Zaxby’s experience I’ve ever experienced. On three different occasions… Only one register open from 11 to 1:00 PM. Manager shuffling around instead of opening second register. Several customers turned and walked out because they did not want to wait so long. While standing in line, a young teen female came in because they forgot her drink order. Zaxby’s associate approached her, went back and got her drinks… Then proceeded to ask her how old she was and for her phone number… Excellent. Your Zaxby’s Loganville visit starts with a broken door handle… Been like that for probably a year. Do better or continue to lose customers.

Management should stop by every once in a while and see how smoothly the operation runs. They didn't put my online order on the online order table. No sense of urgency in them team.

Love Zaxbys!! You can't compare it to a Chick-fil-A because what they offer is different. Love the taste & the chicken is actually crispy. Now they've added lemon pepper to the menu, im in trouble lol 😉

The cashier that took my order I think her name was sanai or sanii, she was so lovely. She made sure that I got all my sauces and that I good my food onto me. She DEFINITELY deserves a raise.. 5 starts all around, I will definitely be back
