Ate here 3 times before deciding to write a review. Once through the drive thru and twice ordered online. This is by far the worst Zaxbys I’ve ever had. For the price of the food, I literally can’t believe how bad the quality of food is at this location. The chicken strips are as small as my pinky finger, the chicken wings are barely sauced, the fries are always cold and never fully seasoned, it’s ridiculous! If you’re going to cut corners then you need to cut the prices. The salads are decent but they’ve cut the amount of chicken you get in the salads now. Definitely not worth the price.

I like Zaxby’s better than other chicken fast food restaurants.Parking: I think they have 20 or 25 spaces. They are right in front of the Publix supermarket, and Publix has tons of parking to help Zaxby’s with overflow if such a thing ever happens.Kid-friendliness: No all fast food restaurants try to market. The idea that they are very kid-friendly, I think Zaxby’s does a better job.Wheelchair accessibility: They had spaces and ramps

I’m in literal tears right now typing this. This location just continues to go further into the trash as my food just did. My head hurts from a long day of work and just wanted some good quick easy food to settle my nerves. The wait in the drive thru is unbearable, then to receive season-less fries and the wrong wingz & thingz not once but TWICE. I get a mess up here and there but in my FACE 2x!!! Makes no sense at all. What’s worst is that my order was repeated back to me both times and still gave me the wrong order. Turned around to tell them(angrily), no special inconvenience treat, just season-less fries and heavily saturated toast and no dipping sauce that suppose to come with it no questions ask. Fix this location ASAP. I will never return to this location. It’s complete TRASH. My order was TRADITIONAL WINGZ & Thingz TONGUE TORCH WITH BOTH CHICKENS DIPPED IN SAUCE.

Horrible place to eat. Wife and I ate there around 7:30 Friday 2/8/2024 and it was filled with young kids playing. We were the only customers inside eating and staff seemed offended that we were eating inside. Ordered the Club sandwich combo and got a piece of chicken with orange sauce only. Didn’t send it back because didn’t want my food out of my sight. Staff came to table twice to tell us there was an extended wait on our order when we were the only dine In customers there. They had people from other restaurants behind the counter and kitchen playing. Will never dine there again and will recommend the same for others.

I usually order the chicken finger basket at this Zaxby’s location. I only really go through the drive-thru and never dine in or go inside to order but I find that the service in the drive-thru can be so long. It’s unbelievable. Sometimes there is absolutely no line and the service is still long and you to have to wonder what is going on why they take so long. On one occasion when I pulled up to receive my order, they were just talking and laughing and having a good time and the food was just sitting there on the counter. I asked them why it took so long and said y’all just having a good time and the person responded that they have to have a good time at work too. That was more important than providing good customer service I guess. The food is decent for a fast food restaurant. It cost around $12.
No sense of urgency from anyone here. Might as well go to a sit down restaurant. No ice in the machine.Will not be coming back.

This location has went down hill fast. Food was awful and cold. There were multiple workers vaping right in the open. I was there for over an hr and there were unaccompanied children sitting in the booths with blankets and phone chargers. Definitely seem to belong to some of the workers.
