Came for the flora luna got here at 6 like I was supposed to but the flora luna stuff was closed until 7 makes no sense why even sell tickets this early if you have to wait an hour. Rock city is nice though

Beautiful place with a unique fairyland cave experience. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously, but deducted a point because we thought that the entrance fee was a bit steep ($29 for online tickets and $34 for tickets at the venue). Regardless the views are spectacular and the whole experience feels like a little adventure. We would not hesitate to recommend Rock City to family & friends!

Very fun and good to spend some quality time with family. Going was one of the ways that the family got together and closer

Spent a few hours at rock city was a little bit different than what I thought it was. I thought we might be able to go on a real hike in the area But it is a nice little walk on paths they have created. It was crowded and very touristy. You still get to see a lot of viewpoints. The little fairy area was cute. Overall a good experience, and would recommend.

Adults $29.99 (internet price) and $34 (standard price) and $19.99 (12 & under) are not family-friendly prices to look at rocks and see a view that can be seen from the street. My wife took our youngest who has never been while I took my other two (who have been) for a ride. $150.00 admission is beyond ridiculous!

A very wonderful and PET FRIENDLY experience! Rock City Gardens is a popular outdoor attraction that consists of a 4,100 foot path located on the Georgia side of Lookout Mountain. It's a great place for people of all ages. You basically follow the walking trail through the rocks and take in the scenery. One could consider it to be touristy, but it's absolutely worth it to visit at least once, if not twice. Some highlights are Lover's Leap, seeing seven states at once, crossing over a 180 foot swing-a-long suspension bridge, weaving through Needle's Eye and Fat Man's Squeeze, and enjoying the figurines depicting fairytales and classic children's stories in the Fairyland Caverns and Mother Goose Village. We really love and appreciate how Rock City is proud to be a pet-friendly attraction. Any leashed pets are welcome to walk the Enchanted Trail or to dine in the pet section at Café 7 with you. Be sure to remember your poop bags and respectfully pick up after your pet. Plan accordingly since this is a mostly an outdoor attraction. Depending on the time of year you visit, it's either hot or chilly, so wear appropriate clothes for the weather, comfortable shoes, and bring some water and snacks. Be sure to arrive earlier in the day to avoid the crowds, too. Wonderful place to go see, explore, and be in awe. Highly recommend!

We love Rock city. It is a very relaxing walk through the caverns. The views are amazing. If you are claustrophobic there are bypass areas for the caverns but I will admit it does limit the amount you get to do. We loved the fairytale caverns. I also loved the swinging bridge. It has great views. The seven states cliff area is a wonderful place to sit in a rocking chair and have a snack and a drink. It takes about 1 1/2 hours to get through the whole place. But we took our time and relaxed. This is not a place for strollers, Baby strap carrier would work.

Just to say you've actually saw it. I can understand why the indigenous ppl chose the area to put their villages. Do not like all the man made enhancements.

This place is gorgeous. The views, the rock pathways Mother Nature made and man improved upon. really nice visually!! However, the map they give you was likely made by a blindfolded 5 year old. I mean this map is beyond terrible. Please, do better!! I actually left mad, with my lady friend mad at my repetitive unkind comments. Sheeeshkkkk..!! Bill S from Missouri.

I really enjoyed the trails and views. It's a bit overpriced for what it is, but it is a classic and should be done at least once.

Last night, a friend and I visited Rock City Garden. During the walk, we decided to purchase "cajun" peanuts, a cup of hot chocolate and a cup of apple cider at one of the concession areas (Christmas Market Station). Shockingly, there was something in the batch of peanuts we were provided. (See attached picture and video.) Immediately, we've reported and showed it to the staff (Judy) and management (Hunter). We are dissatisfied with the lack of concern, customer service, and resolution to this issue. Also, (as unhealthy and alarming this is) they've continued to operate and sale food items from the concession "because the food manager was gone for the day and unavailable to instruct them to close the station". As a result, we called the Lookout Police Department and were instructed by Officer Chris Clark to keep the evidence and contact the Health Department to submit a complaint. He advised that the police report should be available by the next day.

If you go for Christmas, realize that about half of the place is closed until 4:30 PM; they won't tell you that when you buy tickets at 3 PM; many of the Christmas kit trails aren't available so they just turn off the signs that have maps to guide you through what is otherwise a poorly labeled. Don't go expecting the Cafe 7 to be something special; it's a walk up window with concession type food, half of which they won't have anyway. (Note that I write this hungry and after walking around for an hour and a half waiting on things to open)

Our family of five spent our first night in Chatt at the Enchanted Garden of Lights at Rock City/Lookout Mountain. We purchased timed tickets at the beginning of October for viewing the lights a week before Christmas and paid about $120 for two adults and three kids. There is plenty of free parking in the nearby lots but it is so poorly marked and lit that cars spaced themselves out far too wide and it takes awhile to weave around an find a car-sized opening. We arrived about 20 minutes prior to our ticket time and were let in 15 min prior. Bundle up if seeing these lights around the holidays as it is extra cold and windy atop the mountain. I loved the Arctic Kingdom was my favorite with blue twinkle lights and penguins. The (almost) unanimous favorite of the exhibits was the Fairytale Land, which takes you into caverns below and has black lit fairy tale stories shown throughout in large diorama form. You end with a really large exhibit. Note that this section (and many others) have LOTS of stairs and tight quarters with rock formations. I do not recommend this if you have physical limitations. In addition, do not bring a stroller here. I saw many couples arguing and near tears because they had to carry strollers up and down long flights of narrow and slippery stairs. We enjoyed this place but don't plan on making this a tradition for the holidays. I would like to come back during daylight in the Fall, however. I'm sure it is gorgeous.

Horrible customer service and experience purchasing tickets. My family and I love visiting Rock City and experiencing the lights during Christmas time. We were so excited to see the lights this Christmas, however we won't get to take the kids this year due to the worst online process I've ever seen. When I tried to purchase tickets last night for a certain time, there were 55 slots available, but the online portal gave me an constant error time after time. I called this afternoon to ask for help since the online ticketing portal was not working. I explained my issue to the person on the other line, so they transferred me to a different department. Instead of the phone transferring, they hung up on me. I called back several times but no answer. I called back at a few minutes later and still no answer. I finally was able to get a hold of someone this afternoon. Once I got a hold of someone, she was so rude. I could not finish explaining my issue before Lourie got defensive and rude with me. All I wanted was a little help with purchasing tickets for my family since the online system was not working for me. She raised her voice for no reason and told me that I was out of luck. I understand that the time I was looking at going was sold out, but for a costumer service person to raise their voice at me because I had a simple question is totally out of line. She did the same thing to my fiancé a few minutes after getting off the phone with me about a different subject. My fiancé needed to ask a question about tickets unrelated to my situation because we were looking at other night. She again raised her voice at my fiancé for asking a simple question. It was quite honestly the rudest costumer service I have ever received. Also, the ticketing software needs an upgrade online. It never really works and I always have to call for help. Last year's costumer service person was so great and understanding. Too bad they hired the grinch this year...

Haven't been here since I was a child and it was a memorable experience. Got to bring my family for their first experience and everyone loved it. It was a great experience with a great view. You have "needle point" and "fat mans squeeze" which are short but narrow pathways. Don't worry, most adults can get through just fine! Then there's the lookout where you can see 7 states at one point. Then you have the option of walking the stone bridge or swing bridge (or do both if you wish). There's a little cave area with gnomes as well as an area that's a "cave" with a gemstone/crystal wall. Like I said, lots of "pretty" things to check out along with great photo opportunities. The walk is easy and not rough. Roughest part to us was the walk back to our car in the parking lot because of the slight incline. Otherwise most people should be able to walk it without issue. You can also do the inclined railway for an additional fee. The grounds are kept clean. The staff we encountered was friendly. Hope to come back again in the future.
