If I could give zero stars I would they gave me an iced white mocha with no mocha sauce and then gave me the wrong breakfast sandwich because I couldn’t come back in the same day they wouldn’t give me my money back or remake the order I was told I had to eat the almost $20. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with not receiving the order I placed. Only come here on Sundays cause my coffee shop Za Brew isn’t open and they have messed up each time with no intentions of making it right.

Traveled all the way from Georgia to see Rock City, went to Starbucks to get an iced coffee, I also asked for an ICED WATER in a CUP but the employee who took my order told me I cannot get a water for free! I gotta buy the water bottle. Wth?! Seriously?? This is the ONLY starbucks who refused to give water. WOW

Safe yourself a hassle and get coffee in town before coming up the hill. I was enjoying the day up in the mountains and purposely went to this location to get a couple drinks before heading home. The first red flag is the barista did not even know what a White Chocolate Frappuccino was, then after asking the other employees, let me know they don't serve those at this location. Then after my wife settled for a drink, it took the cashier and manager 10 minutes to get change for my $10 bill... almost left the drink on the counter and just ask for my bill back.

The atmosphere was clean peacefully and there are lots of spots where you can feel completely alone. So it's perfect. The service was amazing, the coffee was perfect for a walk around rock city
