I had a great experience at this location. I was served by a wonderful individual and my food was out in no time! The food was delicious, I got the grilled cheese on sour dough and it was amazing!! My chai tea was also on point, I highly recommend stopping in if you’re up seeing rock city and want a refreshment or a quick bite before or after going in.
Parking: The parking is easy to find just drive past the location and on the right you will see signs that lead you to the parking which is slightly behind the location.

I order an iced matcha latte, but she gave me a hot one, I told her I got an iced one, then she gave me a regular iced latte, I reiterated to her again that I wanted an iced matcha latte. At this point the clerk got very impatient slamming cups and kicking things and then gave me a full iced, 1/4 foamy matcha latte, I've never seen an attitude like that before, okay.

I popped in during a scorching hot (nearly 100°F) afternoon, ordered a large caramel frap, and took shelter inside for an hour. The baristas were on fire, slinging drinks rapidly and keeping a packed line moving. This volume of customers would have caused another Starbucks location to be overwhelmed, but this location handled it like it was just another day. I wish I remembered their names, because both baristas deserved raises/praise.
I spent $20 on watered down caramel. I waited 10 minutes on watered down chocolate. Don’t get the caramel ribbon crunch or mocha cookie crumble. They don’t put the coffee in

Very upset, my order was poorly made. I ordered a medium caramel frappe, extra caramel. I never asked for coconutmilk and that's what they gave it and apart from everything, it still includes the tip. ?

Horrible service, we had to wait about 30-40mins on line because there was only “kids” working no adults or supervisor, they were just playing around, talking, touching their face and hair while making drinks when clearly there was a long line waiting and I know it gets busy because of where it is located which I think supervisors should pay more attention to the service.
