Had another incredible visit at the Louisville Huddle House. We were welcomed with a friendly inviting greeting as soon as we hit the door. Our server Amanda was so nice, prompt, family friendly and welcoming. She made wonderful menu suggestions and helped us with everything. The cook was just as remarkable and had out food extremely fast. Everything was done in such a timely manner and with fabulous customer service. The whole restaurant was exceptionally clean and well organized. We will definitely be returning soon!!!

Well we have been in the booth for over an hour now. We sat down around noon - and it wasnât too crowded at that time. After our waitress took our order we saw her get in her car and drive off. It was 1230PM so we thought it was the end of her shift. About 15 mins later the other waitress came by and apologized for the wait. We said we saw our waitress leave. Apparently this has happened before based on the conversation we overheard. So now itâs 1:10PM and no sight of our order. Rated the food a 3 but that is just a guess since we donât have our food yet! Update - Finally got our food around 1:25PM. Of course the waffle and hash browns were cold. So knocked the food down to a 2. Not many options in this small town but this one comes off the list.

Wow so much has changed in two weeks since my wife Millie Pierce and I were here.
Arrived and as we were walking by the windows, we noticed most of the tables were dirty. We could see the older guy I think he is the GM at the counter along with a younger lady I havenât seen before.
Anyway we walked in the door and looked for a table to sit at. There were 2 guests in the store and every single table had dirty dishes or menus like someone sat down then got up. The young lady didnât look too busy and the older guy was still doing something behind the counter
I am sorry but I wonât eat at a place that is this dirty. Wants to say the dishes they bring arenât dirty. So I turned around and went to the Mexican place down the road.

What an amazingly delightful experience at this Huddle House. Time we pulled into the parking lot we were so impressed by how well maintained and well manicured everything was. As we walked in we heard the friendliest most welcoming greeting from the entire staff. Our server promptly came to the table and was extremely polite, personable and energetic. She was so helpful with excellent suggestions and appeared very knowledgeable of the menu. All of our food came out quickly and each bite was a delight, and the presentation just blew us away. The food here is absolutely delicious! We were extremely satisfied with the creative variety of choices. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. This restaurant has such a vibrant atmosphere. The energy is contagious and put us in a great mood. Itâs the perfect restaurant for any occasion. Cozy, relaxed and comfortable with a hint of elegance. Our entire experience was perfect as well as memorable and we canât wait to return!
