I’m not a regular McDonald’s go-er but when I do usually have to sit in line for a long time and the people who work are very slow… BUT my experience at this McDonald’s was wonderful, through the drive thru in less than 5 minutes and the line was pretty long. The people who work here are super professional and fast. Food met my expectations as well!

I like to say congrats to Katylenn an employee at Louisville McDonald's. I attended their restaurant last night, and this young lady was so professional from the beginning to the end. Well, manner and very pleasant.I just had to make this post because we don't see this type of energy as much as we used to. I want to tell her parents(if someone know them, please tag them) they did a wonderful job, and I pray she had a brite career in her future. please reward this young lady. 🙏🏾 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The management is rude for no reason. The people at the window are so nice and helpful but the manger started yelling at the young man because I had asked to try the new McDonald’s sauce with my nuggets. She was loudly repeating, “Do they have nuggets?” And then looks at me and with an attitude says”Do you have nuggets?” I tell her we do and she turns and looks at the young man helping me and says, “ONLY ONE FREE PER ORDER!” Very off putting and crazy to see the young staff carrying theirselves with respect and professionalism and the management acting so unprofessional.
