Put in an online order and for some reason the order didn’t go through showed up and Marie got it straightened out so fast it made our heads spin! We had our food in 2 minutes max I can’t remember the last time I got such great service from a fast food

Great food. Friendly but weird acting employees. The restaurant could be clean on a daily basis and someone should be placed on dining room duty to assure the dining room stays clean along with the drink fountain area.

Don’t go there in the evening for anything. It has taken them right at an hour two different times to get a to go order ready. That’s unacceptable for a “fast food” place.

I went there for the biscuits. We don't have a Popeyes near us & I haven't been able to go for over a year. Let me tell you I was SORELY DISAPPOINTED. The chicken pieces are miniature. They tasted good, at least. But the biscuits were TERRIBLE! And way overpriced. $6.50 for 6 biscuits. They were very greasy & left a greasy film in my mouth. I HOPE this was just a fluke & they were having a bad day, but they really need to step it up. I won't go back to that Popeyes ever again.

I stopped in for a bite to eat while on the road home but never got served. I walked in and stood there for several minutes, and they never even spoke to me. There were 3 other customers already waiting and complaining about how long they had been waiting for their food. After watching the staff argue back and forth but not even acknowledge me, I walked out.

had a mobile order. it said it’d be rdy at 12:35 and i’m still sitting here high and dry and 1:00also two workers behind the counter jus stand there and do nuthin but b on there phone. the white lady behind register very
I haven't had a problem with this location. I love some popeyes chicken and everything has always been good here. Only problem I had one was that I ordered 2 different orders online. The worker claimed she seen one order but not the other. I even showed her my app & my receipt where I paid for both. She still acted like she had an attitude about it but she did give me my food. I wouldn't say I bought something if I didn't & I had proof. Not sure why it didn't show in their system. Maybe it hadn't went through on their side yet. Oh & the other probably I have is the app doesn't want to let me order at the lousiville location sometimes. It works great elsewhere but not in louisville.
