Folks, this is simply the best BBQ you will ever eat. 50 years of BBQ perfection. It is NC style, but that makes sense because of migration patterns. The Fall Line Road runs nearby, and 19th century immigrants from the Carolinas, including my ancestors, settled here and brought their recipes with them. Purvis perfected it.

This is not good bbq! My wife and I like to ride around the state and try different bbq restaurants and this bbq just was not good it all. And the place is dark and dusty. Will not recommend to anyone!
