Hands down the best place to eat in Louisville... and honestly anywhere around! The food is authentic and fresh! My husband & I got the California Roll ... FANTASTIC! He handrolled to order. Go by Tokyo on Broad Street in Louisville for delicious food, prepared fresh & served hot by the owner/operator himself. Be patient, as the restaurant is a one-man show, but well worth the wait. We called in at 4:30p for take-out, and it was ready to go by 5p. He has sushi, chinese take-out standards, pad thai, and even teriyaki & hibachi options. The prices are excellent and the portions generous.
