Very clean store and what can I say about a Dairy Queen. Good ice-cream and staff is very nice.

Parking: Right off main street and in large open area.

Kid-friendliness: I don't know of any Dairy Queen that is not kid friendly.

I ordered online and had to go in to get my food. I went in and went to the counter and said I had a pick up. The teenage boys back there were fighting and yelling.They didn't even know the food that was supposed to come with my order I was given a sloppily made cherry freeze and was not given the rest of my food, it was a $25 order! Never again! I'll never understand Why a place would only hire teenage boys, I don't even think a manager was there!

Gone from 5 stars to 1. Employee took my order, handled the money, and then proceeded to grab my cone without washing his hands and putting on gloves. I said never mind, and got my money back. Behind the counter is filthy! Not going back.

Every single time I visit this location it takes minimum 15 minutes to even get to the menu to order. Staff is usually nice but the wait is absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered a specific meal for my son, with certain items taken off of his sandwich. They ended up doing it to both of our sandwiches, and this isn't the first time something like this has happened with this restaurant. As it's the only fast food restaurant in the area, it's hard to find something else to eat, but I will try to avoid this one at all costs. Very short at the window, and clearly doesn't pay attention to how sandwiches are to be made.

Was waiting in the drive thru line for about 30 minutes and when it was my turn to order they told me the grill wasn't working which I know it's a lie. At least put a sign.Obviously there was a long line and they just didn't feel like serving food cause it takes longer. Won't be visiting this place again.
