Showed up to the restrant after the fair in jesup at 8:55pm. Walked up to the door, person standing inside completely ignores me and proceeds to keep closing down. All forms of posting say this establishment closes at 9:30pm. Tried to call the store aswell and was clearly ignored. Took a photo of the door and person. Would not recommend. No customer service skills, nor customer handling.

I always order here and it’s pretty great. Lately service has went down, maybe due to training new people. Today I ordered 2 bowls and 2 subs. I added avocado on the bowls and the avocado is completely rotten. I had already mixed the bowl up and it’s pretty bad rotten. They also never called to ask about replacing the spinach that they said they did not have when time to pickup came. I was disappointed because I always tip between $5-$20 depending on how much I order. They are good people though! One time I ordered and their card reader was not working and it was about $30 worth of food. He told me to come back another day to pay cause I did not have cash. That was very nice so I came back with cash and a $20 tip within 10 minutes.

This Subway sandwich shop, located in beautiful downtown Ludowici Georgia, always seems to be busy most of the time. Their employees are always friendly and courteous, most of the time it has been clean, but they make sure their food is always good. A good place to eat.Parking: Parking is close to the front door.

Ordered delivery on the app and I waited 2hrs. I called and a woman answered and was nasty to me. I went over there and the receipt said delivery. But the woman was arguing with me that they don't do delivery. They need to step up they're game. I'm contacting the main number as I'm writing this

Horrible location. Rude. They don't put anything on the sub. Most of the subways around here are the same way. I'm assuming they're all owned by the same people. They're also was pretty nasty when I asked about a coupon once messed up. Thing is is coupons or deliver in the local mail but they don't take them and like I already said, I'm pretty sure all the subways around here are owned by the same person. They all have poor quality. I ordered double meat once and I literally had one slice of meat going down the sub. I figured I would go in and order once The guy refused to put a few extra things on the sub and I'm talking about veggies when you're only putting three pickle slices on a sub and someone asked for more and they're like no, that is some poor quality service right there and they're also being very cheap. Since I've lived here I think I've been there about four times and I've quit going all together now. Also, they don't seem to understand English. Very good.. and also one time I went in there the veggies did not look very good. If the vegetables don't look good. What do you think the meat's been doing? It's probably been sitting there for weeks but I really don't know. I'm just trying to be honest is possible. On the plus side the place is usually clean

Great place very clean very fast one problem they don’t put enough meat on their sandwiches they used to now they don’t anymore. That is my only complaint.

They should put online what time they stop taking online orders, they took my money but didn't want to make order, cause it was after "8:30", it's listed they don't close until 9:30. Just be clear about what time you close!!!

I like to be greeted when entering a Subway in this case I was not greeted even asked if they could help me. I had to greet her. The Manager ringing it up was very polite but should work on his employee greeting skills. Other wise the sandwich was good the veggies were fresh bread as well.
