Amanda was so easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating with every question/request we had.
We had an event at her Tea Room, and folks it couldn’t have went better. Not only was the food better than I’ve had in any restaurant, the atmosphere was perfect. It’s classic vintage southern with some very cool eclectic elements.
I hope we can attend one of her classes one day soon - I see why it’s so popular now.

I haven’t been to a cooking class as fun as Amanda’s. She teaches you different ways to do everything and always makes sure you understand the process. She gives different tips that you wouldn’t hear from a commercial cooking class. My friend and I always take these on girls night out. It’s just so much fun!

My friends and I had so much fun at Amanda's bread making class. We learned a lot and we were able to ask questions! I am not one to bake but this class was great for beginners and experienced. Amanda is a great teacher and host! The class was amazingly priced for all that we got to make and keep including a bread starter to get creative with at home. I will definitely be back!!! This is my second class I have taken that she has offered (herbal remedies and bread making). I can't wait to try her pasta class!!!! I would definitely recommend!!!!
