It was slammed for a Sunday brunch time. The atmosphere was very lively, the server was stretched between her tables, and the caller translated the order wrong. And messed up a waffle house bacon cheese burger. It came to us with no pickles or bacon and didn't have condiments. The mayo pack the waitress handed us wasn't even mayo.

Our dinner experience at Waffle House near Alto, Georgia on Highway 23 on Friday afternoon 10/24/2025 was just superb. Trinity waited on us and was really hustling to take care of all the customers, and yet she still managed to check back with us repeatedly to make sure everything was okay and to see if we needed something more such as more coffee. Our order was served up quickly, was exactly correct, and perfectly cooked.

Very, very impressed with this location.The staff was on point. The food came out hot and very tasty.The district manager Billy the district manager was a delight. Nice to see staff work together in a positive way. Highly recommend.
