It's an absolute hidden gem if you're looking for a great breakfast spot. ?Friendly staff and a great atmosphere. They also have a band every third Monday night if I'm correct and there no cove but with a donation you get a dinner. But if you ask they'll gladly tell you.The owners are fabulous.Kid-friendliness: They serve families.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a wheel chair ramp.

Excellent little place in Luthersville for breakfast. Some of the best grits I've ever had (outside of my own) and flaky delicious biscuits!

Place is awful. The hamburger steak was a frozen hamburger patty topped with brown gravy. Was expecting homemade and or cubed steak for the price. The chocolate pie is literally Edward's brand chocolate creme pie from the store. Again, was expecting homemade. This place is a rip off and people who truly know food know not many dishes here are homemade. Any one can make breakfast food so don't get me started. They are very lucky they have no competition in the area. Waited 30 minutes. Do not go here

Just a good old fashioned country cafe. The food is good and fresh, cooked to order so have some patience. Its not fancy nor is it trying to be. You'll leave full and it wont cost you an arm and a leg. Sit down and enjoy and read the numerous signs they have as decor and enjoy a conversation with your waitress.

I was surprised reading reviews of this place and then actually going there that they did not match up. I never base a place on what it looks like because some of the places I have been that were scary had some amazing food. That being said, once I sat down at the table and was given a menu I observed a few things. The first one was a smell that I just could not put a name to the whole time I was eating. The table cloth was black and white but the portion where you sit and eat was almost white because the black had worn off of it over time. You move the salt and pepper and the napkins and the table cloth looked new again because no one ever touches it. Not a hard fix. The floor next to the table looks like it was mopped when they opened 20 plus years ago. I am not sure the fan in the kitchen was working as there was a layer of smoke in the dining room that may have been the smell issue. The omelet I had was nice looking but the egg was undercooked as I took a bite and my mouth was filled with liquid from the egg and liquid cheese. Just didn't make it appetizing anymore for me. Honestly I am thinking that the people that have been coming there for years for convenience just don't notice the issues over time. The waitress did not really have a good personality so when you asked her for something we just got an "ok" with a blank look on her face almost like it was said in a different language. The pancakes were decent. The toast was done on the grill which can be good but not placing the whole slice on it makes it toast some spots and not others. The "city ham" was real fatty and did not look appetizing.

I don’t know if i ordered the right thing or not because this wasn’t it. The wait was long but the customer service was good. The food was bland and the chicken tenders were the frozen kind. Maybe if I ordered breakfast it would have been better but Idk.
