The food was excellent little pricey but worth it

Had not been to Elements in years. Went with friends that go there several times a month. We didn’t have reservations and when we got there, there was only 2 tables with people at it. The hostess said the cook did not come in and they couldn’t serve us. We ended up at Prine and it was awesome. I believe it is time for Elenents to close.

Typically I would rate this at four stars but when we visited the service was below the bar. We waited way longer then normal for our food and it appear the kitchen was "flooded" and the server was over sat. Food was awesome as always but wish the service has been a little better.

The food is always delicious. Especially the steak.

Drink we're delayed a bit on 2nd and 3rd rounds. Food came out after a longer wait then normal, one of the 7 meals came 15+ minutes after the rest of the food. When paying this much for dinner, timelessness is very important. However, still a great evening and when issue came up, out server was about to address and take care of it. Food was great and made to wait a bit bearable.

So much for a great valentines dinner! My husband made reservations in advance for Valentine’s Day...even went out of his way to make sure things were ready when we arrived in order to surprise me. Let’s just say our experience was a nightmare beginning to end.

Tonight’s experience at Elements tonight was horrific, not even one star worthy!! My fiancée and myself was there 90 min before we even seen a appetizer! People were constantly walking out due to wait times on food and some being told there orders were not available! Elements ruined our valentines nigh! All of this even after having reservations! The owners of this restaurant should close their doors!! Do not ever step foot in this restaurant it’s a waste of time and money!!

Last night, Valentines, we stoped by about 7:00 p, understanding that without a reservation the chance of getting a table would be slim. We were greeted in a friendly manner and told that they were fully booked. We ask if it would be possible to have a drink at the bar. The hostess said she would ask the bartender. As we gazed at the bar with not a sole at it the we were promptly told sorry we couldn’t be seated at the bar. It’s amazing that the management would turn away business. It’s worth nothing that the tables in the bar area were half empty.

I have seen a steady decline in the food quality and service at Elements since I moved here in 2017. Extremely disappointed but not surprised at the service I received on 2/14/2020. I have dined here several times at it has been a hit or miss. First,I called the restaurant 2 times to make a reservation for my husband and myself and left my name and number on the answering machine but never got a call back. I was able to get a reservation on open table. Second ,I received my appetizers at the end of the meal when I reminded a server that we did not receive it prior to our main meal. The server boxed it up for us. Third, The tuna fish was over cooked and I asked for medium rare. The servers have always been accommodating and I think they really tried but I think they were overwhelmed and perhaps inexperienced and unable to efficiently manage the large crowd on Valentine's Day. The food and management need improvement. Lastly, hearing a piano playing in the background gave Elements a lot of class. Sorry to see it no longer exists.

We enjoyed a very delicious meal last night for Valentine's Day. The restaurant was incredibly busy and unfortunately had run out of several items on their limited menu for the night. We were unable to order our original entree choice, but enjoyed a second choice option instead. The service was very attentive even in such a busy atmosphere. Would certainly choose to go back.

My wife and I went to Elements on Valentine's Day. Waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for our entree and never received it. I finally just told thew waitress to bring us our check because I was not going to enjoy the meal at this point. In addition, they did not have available what we wanted to order which was on the Valentine's day menu that you had to order off of. Sorry to say it was just a bad experience.
