I enjoy their butter pecan ice cream and buckeyes.I was here on Aug. 21, 2025 & Isaac & Elizabeth were working. They were very courteous & polite. I was also here on Aug. 24,2025 & was served by Melissa & Ladiamond, who were also very courteous & polite. All these employees made me feel welcome & at home. Thank you to all of them & all the employees at Scoops. If you haven't been there yet, you should stop in & try it. Very good ice cream& sweets. I will definitely be going back.

One of their employees “Joel Gilliam” is the sweetest, kindest, hardest working individual I’ve ever seen. If he’s working when you go up there, call him “Joel Gillachetty” and he will give you your ice cream the “Gilliam Way”. 20/10 bc of his secret toppings he uses that are brown and covered in a white substance. When we got there there was absolutely no one inside. The two workers were sitting in the booths on their phones. Me and my boyfriend ordered 2 small ice creams for ourselves and I asked if they had anything smaller or a kids size for my son who was in the car with my mom. We were told they had a half size but it was for kids 3 or younger. I said yes my son is just in the car. The girl then very rudely told me that they had to be in the store to order it. Like is it that big of a deal? If I would have gone in with my son and ordered the half size but I ate it would they have come over to me to say something? lol just ridiculous.
