I’m very irritated because I just paid $16 for a turkey titan because I got bacon added and slices of avocado . It says 33% more meat , and to that I say bullcrap. This is the sorriest sandwich I’ve ever seen. That’s how much turkey is on it . $16 . Got ripped off. Never again

I ordered around 916pm and it got to me by 945, door dash. I ordered them toasted and one single corner of my sandwich had any coloring to it. The veggies were funny tasting. I ordered salt and pepper to be added and it wasn't, not even a little. Almost every restaurant I eat from lately ruins my orders. Maybe it's a good thing since I don't really need to eat out... But occasionally I want to treat myself or my family to something besides home cooked meals, sometimes I need a break. Food service and prepping has gone so far downhill and this place was not excluded. It was horrible and a complete waste of hard earned money. Will definitely not return. Ordered the sweet onion teriyaki sub and a turkey sub.

the three young people working 6-5-2023 morning need to be taught who the customer is not to argue that what you requested is not the way we do it here, such as please put the meat and cheese on then the vegs. and only heat the meat. This not only happened with me, but also the customer behind me.

The young man working today 4/22/23 was very rude, he never even spoke to me although I was next in line. He spoke to the young man behind me.

One of the employees was clearly sick with a fever and was coughing on the sandwiches of the person in front of me. She did not cover her mouth, wash hands or change gloves the entire time I was there. The assistant manager did not address this issue at all, but did handle making my food without any problems. The lettuce in the prep area showed signs of not being kept cool and half was brown and wilted, despite being newly opened.

Very sweet lady, even though she was training a new employee and had a line of people she still kept a smile and interaction was on point.
