I want to send a special shout out to April from AddiCakes Cupcakes! She made the cupcakes for our wedding and since we got a surprise cake from my auntie, there were lots of cupcakes left over. I brought some home and put them in the fridge and forgot about them. I went to eat one as a midnight snack tonight and couldn't believe how soft, moist, and tasty those things still are and the icing is superb! Its been 17 whole days and it still tastes like she baked them this morning!!! She has earned her keep and will be my special event baker for life! I'll be calling her for the baby shower, every birthday, holiday, and anniversary!
