Very very slow…. I guess they’re always short staffed…… an order ai placed online takes 15-20 mins to even just pick it up from drive through.
I tried to pick it up inside, and the doors were locked and they wouldn’t open it. Like, why?

I wanted to take the time to commend Devin Taylor, who is the manager of this location. Whether I dine in or go through the drive-thru, I always get good service. He and his employees always greet me with a smile and make sure my experience is a great one! I also contacted corporate to let them know. I know that one’s experience is always subjective and doesn’t always represent what others may encounter. I am grateful for the people who work at this location in Mableton.

They wanna say I can’t come thru the drive thru 2 times with a separate code. I most definitely can. Customer service the worst wanna just tell me I’m wrong and I can’t I can’t I can’t so what’s the point of the app. Customer is always right. It’s not a big deal to let someone use there rewards how they want. I hate this Burger King never good service. Then they want to make me wait a while 15 minutes for one little chicken jr. whomever in charge at the time 9pm is doing a poor job.

I just witness a tall man who looks is the manager, treating the youngest girl at the front, very rude. Bad treatment at work place is an out of date thing. Service took too long to prepare 2 sandwiches. I didn't see anybody wearing gloves and made contact with fries.. my rating is going down. Sorry. I would say store looks clean and organized but in general, BK is not the same lime before and doesn't seem to improve.

Literally THE WORST EXPERIENCE. My husband and I ubered a simple order (a whopper, and impossible whopper, and a large fry) from this location. Our request was fulfilled quickly, our delivery driver was kind, our order was wrong. I work in food service, I understand mistakes. But every single item?? We never got “the whopper”, we received a sandwich wrapped in an Impossible Whopper wrapper, and two small fries. I don’t eat meat, so believe my surprise when we’ve spent over $30 on Burger King due to convenience from having a long work day, when I bite into my “impossible” and it’s very possible!! It’s a beef patty- wrapped in an impossible wrapper!! Like genuinely are you guys even paying attention? To anything? To the packaging you’re using? To the receipt? Now Uber has refunded me a whole $6.22, we barely have half a meal, and I’m left with lukewarm, unsalted fries. Super embarrassing to be y'all

If i could give 0 stars i would, 20 minutes in the drive thru just for the worker to be laughing and talking on facetime with his “boss” who sounded just as unprofessional as everyone else in there. Go literally anywhere else unless you have 30 minutes to waste.

No, no , no , no and NO. Stay away from this location. The service TERRIBLE… the food OLD! Why when I get an 8 piece chicken fingers I receive one sauce, with the option of paying for additional? Avoid this place plenty of other options around! I give this location another 6 months before it closes!!
