Was very disappointed in the quality of my fish. It didn't appear to be fully cooked and didn't look like the normal fish served. The upgrade okra was burnt.
This used to be one of my favorite spots.

This restaurant needs to close, I have given them several chances to change but it is getting worse I am going to give my business to the Ralph David Abernathy location, the food is so much better there and they have more to choose from.

Food is always hot and fresh. No complaints. Sometimes you do have to wait maybe 5-7 minutes but that guaranteed the food will be hot and staff is nice.

I wasn’t inclined to do this review but after I got a notification from google maps I figured it was a sign that I should.

I have been a life long lover of Captain D’s. They are one of few fast food chains where I’m willing to eat in these times. The portions are perfect, crispy, and hot. I’ve rarely had a complaint.

But I stopped at this location and ate inside several days ago. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service.

I noticed a leak coming from the ceiling near the cash registers. When I got my food, the fries were cold. Not warm like they had been under a warmer. They were actually cold. Another customer came in after me and they ended up with cold fries as well.

The cashier did briefly address it and we all ended up with hot fries within a few minutes, no issues. I appreciated how they handled that because I’ve been given the death stare at other places for well, expecting hot food. 😒

I did end up sick that evening after eating at this location. Nausea/upset stomach type of sick. I was fine the following day.

Anyway, overall, it was a good experience. Nothing that would stop me from going for a quick bite. I probably just wouldn’t stop at that particular location.

The cashier forgot to give me the funnel sticks I ordered and I came back to get them. He remembered me and asked the cook to make me some extra. They got into an argument because the cook thought I asked for more than what I paid for and started saying mean things about me being greedy. In this economy I will take my money elsewhere.

I placed a mobile order an picked it up none of my fish was hot temperature wise. To spend a lot of money on food that's not hot and can't get a refund is crazy work! It was not crowded and it had enough staff to provide quality food.

I was told they were pulling me up for fresh fish. That was not the case. Cold fish fries and hush puppies looked 5 hours old green beans no flavor coleslaw was like they added more mayonnaise. This is definitely my last time visiting this location. Such a disappointment

Ordered a 2pc catfish. And I got a 1pc cut in half. Yeah, im never going there again. There were other problems with my food, but in not going to get into it. Dont waste your money.
