Customer service in drive thru good. But food was salty, under cooked and I did not receive my extra piece of fish I ordered. This place has gone down due to staff not preparing food at the best quality. I hope upper management do consider to upgrade place, un pleasant looking when arrive. Shrimp had an oder to it. $17 waisted. I could not eat food.

Waisted my money on this dry tasteless food!!!-Drive thru was extremely slow and only one car was ahead of me.-Menu board displayed false information and false advertisement!!!!-Cashier lied about my food cost. I got to the window and the price was more than what she had stated.-Hush puppies were dry and tasted stale.-Corn on the cob and Broccoli were both hard as a brick! They needed to be steamed some more.-Food lacked flavor. I’ve had better Captain Ds!!!

It didn't take long to get our food which arrived at the table piping HOT!~ The fish was crispy, but the gumbo was seriously lacking. But hey it's a fish joint not famous for gumbo. The okra was fried hard like I like it!~ Idk what they used to clean the floor with but they need to use something else. The floors were extremely slippery as if something oil based were on them. They need to use a separate mop to mop the dining room floor and bathroom floors.

The food is obviously greasy, which I'm okay in this situation, but the food I got was filled with deep fryer bits. I ordered fish, fries, and shrimp combo, but I got more flakes from the deep fryer than I did everything else.Customer service was great, though. The employee was nice and recommended other options as a replacement for the shrimp they didn't have.Overall, I'll come back, and I know what to expect when I order fried options

Kinda hit and miss with location sometimes when I go the food is really good and sometimes it's terrible . But I will always give it a try.Parking: Kinda tricky getting out in traffic on Floyd rd. People drive so fast!

Went here Jan 6, 2024. I got the 3 pieces fish dinner. Got home taste the fish it was red and dark inside and taste different. Call back to speak to manger. I told her the fish was red and the inside. She told me to bring back they will remake the order. I said ok. Got back up there I decide just to get my money back. The girl said it the window I couldn't get my money but she said hold a min . The manager came to the window. In said I think it's over 30 min . That's what I hear her said to young lady. She looked in the register for my order because she did not give me no receipt. Then she told me I cannot get a refund. She could replace the order. She said that's not the same fish for the They brought the wrong fish on the truck. But they still using it they should let customers know there's bad customer service.
