Jaylynn is so on top of it. She is personable, kind, and offers excellent customer service. Even though it is so cold outside she still managed to have an amazing smile on her face while taking my very complicated order. My family and I only eat organic so we come here for drinks from time to time and get them in a very specific manner and she was so excellent and making sure she took notes for the drinks.
Checked out the new Chick-fil-A in Mableton a few times since it opened. Overall, the orders have been mostly correct, but they’ve missed a few small-but-important details — like forgetting straws on a couple visits. The drive-through has also been pretty slow so far, which I’m hoping is just normal for a brand-new location still working out the kinks. I also tried the mobile order line expecting it to be quicker, but it didn’t seem any faster than the regular line.

Food hot, regular order line and operator was working diligently with a smile. Its my 3rd time here and each time it gets better and better. I am proud to have a chicken filet a I. Mableton. They have been doing the best they can with a new staff. So I am gonna always give grace. Not to mention the operator been working at chicken fil a since he was 14 years old. I am proud that he gets a store. He earned it. Mableton will keep supporting.
