I called and expressed our dislike of how our pizza was made. The manager told us they'd remake it and to pick it up. I drive to the store and the manger then proceeds to say they made the pizza according to specification, so we would just have to settle for what we have. I called back after going back home and telling my partner what they said. I called back and made them aware we were filling out a customer support form online and that we would include that we weren't given a remake or refund..which is Domino's guaranteed motto. They put me on hold and never picked up again. I called back and they picked up just to hang up. I have the call recording and screenshot of how long i was on hold.

The worst customer service, this is tje 3rd time we order pizza and never received it. They do not answer the phone, unbelievable! I feel frustrated watching the app looking my pizza is PREP stage and staring prep for 1.5 hours , no change , no answer!

ordered my pizza at 10:30 pm and it never arrived. never got a refund and no one will answer my calls. Jerrell was the manager at the time and wouldn’t answer his phone either. don’t recommend going

Huge air bubbles all over the pizza. Delivered me the wrong cut pizza and the wrong bread sticks which I’m allergic to. Had to call 5 times just to be met with attitude on the phone and i got hung up on and she refused a refund.

I went there yesterday pizza wasn not good..too greasy...wasn't the right cheese... didn't really taste like dominos pizza...cook wasn't washing hand ..place where make pizza was filthy... they need Heath inspection. I really want a refund

I am updating my review. I tried ordering online and I got an error. The same happened before in February when I first moved into my home so I called the order in. We'll I called and told the person on the phone what happened & he hung up on me! I will never order from Domino's Pizza again. It will be Marco's or Papa Johns from now on, & I saved over $8!!

Wife ordered delivery a couple of chicken and extra cheese mediums. There was barely any chicken on either one no extra cheese and so little sauce they were dry. Bout choked trying to eat it. Normally very few problems with y'all but tonight was the worst.

Ordered online from this location while I was at work Six minutes away from this dominoes and the delivery driver drove around for an hour with my order . Canceled it and couldn’t even eat while on break at work. I’ll NEVER place an order from this location again
