Service has been slow since October. Pure guest services. The lines are slow. It’s not the experience I’ve enjoyed for the past few years. Don’t know why changed but it’s very poor.

Iced Matcha with butter pecan was great, definitely satisfied my pregnancy cravings. My Coffee with espresso and hazelnut shots was hot and fresh which was for my mom she said it made her feel warm inside-hug in a cup. Girl at the speaker and at the window was awesome with customer service. Usually when I come to Dunkin I am rushed and my drinks taste off, but today everything was fantastic! It was a beautiful day at Dunkin.

I placed my order online and scheduled the pickup time. I chose to pick up my order at the drive-thru. The line was not long although I left early just in case. My order was waiting and I zipped right through.

Wrong order and it took forever. No hashbrowns given even though we ordered them in the meal deal. Avacado toast has more holes than Swiss cheese.

Seems like this crew does not know how to manage long lines. Asking me to pay when I get up to the window when I had an online order is annoying. My drink looked like it was siting out for 20 mins. I didn’t ask for whip cream and my frozen coffee was all ice chips. I didn’t have time to wait to get another one or I would have

This is my very first time getting a beverage from Dunkin. I am impressed. This location is in such a great spot and the service was quick. I pre ordered for drive through pickup. Quick and efficient. The young lady over the speaker was clear in speaking and had kindness in her voice. I ordered the seasonal “Cookie Butter Latte” and I can safely say you have gained a new regular customer, it was delicious.

Didn't have any variety of flavors. And the ones that they did have weren't good ones.

I booked my trip with Serenity Elite Travel Agency, and they even recommended a great coffee stop along the way. The Dunkin’ at 836 Veterans Memorial Hwy SE in Mableton had friendly staff, quick service, and a clean, welcoming atmosphere. Drive-thru and mobile ordering made it easy to grab my coffee and breakfast on the go. Serenity Elite truly thinks of every detail to make travel smooth and enjoyable.

I like the healthier option of my wake-up wrap with Turkey sausage, which is hard to find elsewhere. My food always seems hot and fresh here and Hari always greets with a smile and positive energy to get the day off to a good start!

If you are going to charge $4.11 for a tiny bagel with cream cheese on UberEats you could at least put the cream cheese on it… not send a small container of cream cheese and knife for me to do it myself.
Or at least be clear that it’s a DIY kit not a prepared food item

A very bad experience, be warned!

I decided one morning on my way to work that I would give this place a shot. First day I only ordered munchkins. Satisfied with those, the next day I decided to try a bagel combo. I’m not much on coffee so I wanted to swap the combo coffee drink for another and was told no, that’s not possible.
That was my first clue but I decided to order the munchkins again, a bec bagel with hash browns and a small hot chocolate. The voice over the intercom said pull around. (And without telling me the total should’ve been my second clue.) Then the young lady at the window told me this order was right at $20
Shocked I told the young lady to cancel the food then, I’ll just order the munchkins which were only $4. She said no, that’s not possible because we are almost done making your food… as though she was certain I had to purchase this order now. I said again please remove the food from the order ( knowing they were trying to get over on me) and she demanded I paid that price because she could not take anything off the order. So I told her to figure it out and politely drove next door to McDonald’s. I am part of a local business in the area and wanted to share this distasteful behavior. I wanted to support their business but they obviously don’t care to draw in new customers. I hope I’m the only person with this type of experience but with the tone they continued to have I’m sure I’m not. Be aware before you visit this location. The respect for customers (who’s supposed to always be right) is not present at this location. I’ll also mention this to the BBB so they can learn to service the community better.

Told me to wait in a parking space and they would correct my order from the drive thru.. they never brought out the food and it was just sitting getting cold on the counter

It's really sad that its 5 people behind the counter and not ONE person acknowledges I'm standing there. Everyone at some point looks at me but no greeting , no asking I need ANYTHING. After a minute of standing there practically being invisible I say out loud " excuse me ...there's 5 people back there and not ONE person asks if I need anything"
