El Solecito Mexican Grill

We ordered the soup and found a chicken feathers in the soup. This has never happened before. Now it had left a very bad taste in our mouth to say the least. Just saying 🤷

I was there tonight and witnessed a really unpleasant situation. One of the male waiters was speaking to one of the girls from the bar in a very disrespectful way. You could clearly see the bartender with curly hair felt uncomfortable and embarrassed. That kind of behavior looks terrible on the restaurant. No employee should be treating their coworkers like that in front of customers. Honestly, because of what I saw, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

The guy — Soriano, I think that’s his name — was extremely rude to his own coworkers right in front of customers. It wasn’t just unprofessional; it was completely unacceptable. His attitude was disrespectful, hostile, and made the entire environment uncomfortable. No employee should behave like that, especially in front of people who are there to spend their money. It reflects poorly on the business and shows a total lack of basic professionalism and courtesy.

Went for lunch.

The food is good and the restaurant is clean and looks nice. The music is appropriate. The staff could have been friendlier.

My only constructive criticism is the service was slow and I had to ask for the check several times. It took them 20 minutes to bring the check. They brought me the check and it was the wrong check. I had to go up front for the correct check. They seemed confused entering the food into the computer and printing the check. I’m not sure of the total was correct. I just paid it and left.

I wouldn’t go here if you have a short lunch break. If you have time, I would recommend. Get a glass of Jamaica; it was very good.

Every time I’ve been here the customer service is absolutely terrible. I will never step foot in this restaurant ever again. I decided to stop in for lunch and after cutting into my enchilada I notice there is a dead roach cooked into the meat. I called the server over and she didn’t even seem to care and she didn’t even apologize. How is this establishment passing health codes with something like this happening? Absolutely disgusting.

Seriously so good!! All of it!! I'd give it 10 stars if I could. I ordered a taco because I am gluten free and tacos are usually safe. I was shocked by their homemade corn tortillas. I've never eat corn tortillas that were soft and fluffy. It was seriously the best after a long day at 6 flags!!
The stuff was amazing! The table next to us had some problems with their ticket and everyone who interacted with the customers kept their cool and was so polite (even though that is not what they were being dealt). Hands down the cherry on top of our day... The 5 teenagers I was with all agree.

I love to eat at Solecito with my coworkers on our lunch break. The servers are great and the food is delicious but the two times I have made a pickup order I’ve always waited 45 minutes to an hour. I kept seeing food go out but my food didn’t come out until almost an hour! A manager didn’t even come apologize or anything. I am disappointed in the lack of urgency to get the orders online or through the phone fulfilled. I wish the carry out service was as a great as the dining in experience.
