How can it take well over five minutes to get three drinks and two of them are wrong? They asked me to pull up even and there was no one behind me wait!
When I went inside to complain, the Manager handed me a cup to fill my own drink and asked if I wanted to wait another 5 minutes to drew another batch. They gave me sweet tea when I’m a diabetic! Train your people in making drinks and get ready for lunch.

I just left the drive-thru purchasing a chicken sandwich combo. The chicken breast is extremely old and unable to be bitten through. The bread is hard and the french fries are saturated in oil that is extremely old and do not taste fresh at all. This establishment needs a overhaul immediately or it's going to start serving food poisoning and lawsuits shortly. I absolutely understand the fast food industry is taking a hit but you must revamp your menus selections and services so the staff does not feel the need to recoup old chicken, old grease, stale buns and such to keep their inventory numbers satisfactory. Plus I got a wet wipe as a napkin and no receipt. Whole bag in the trash.

I've been to Hardee's the last two weekends to get the smoked sausage and egg biscuit but keep getting told that the warehouse is having issues. Ok, so if that's the issue, take it off your menu until you have it on hand. Stop advertising it.

I usually go to this Hardee’s since it is close by and it’s been solid but not the best service. Today was the worst service I received I ordered my food and scanned a reward that didn’t go through and I wasn’t made aware and charged full price for the food. On top of that I waited over 20 minutes for my food which would’ve been fine if my order was right but they didn’t give me any fries with my whole order, luckily I checked and even then I order a medium meal and asked them if my fries were medium when they were clearly small and my drink too but they said it was medium. This was a waste of my time and money I’ll never be going to Hardee’s again.

Had a Frisco burger with extra patty and the young brother with the dreads had phenomenal customer service. it was a little dry (alot of meat) but I added some zax sauce I had and this was one of the best burgers ive ever had. 10/10
Terrible. Kids working who have no idea what they’re doing. If you order, expect to wait 30-45 minutes for lukewarm food.

I come here for breakfast occasionally bc it's fantastic but they AUTOMATICALLY upsize every combo which is super annoying. I have to tell them to remove every single time. So just be mindful of that.
