ordered a chicken sandwich with tomatoes and cheese, when I got home it was a overcooked piece of chicken with tomatoes, lettuce , and mayonnaise and cheese. $7.50 for a crappy not edible chicken sandwich. Thought the new manager might make it better , but how the heck do you overcook chicken and then serve it to a customer

Do not order delivery from this location. I have them a pass the first 2 times that items were missing out of or order. But today literally half of our order wasn’t delivered. This is not the delivery drivers fault because they close the bag and don’t allow that person to inspect the order. Just fair warning, don’t order from this location and if you use their drive thru, be sure to inspect your bag before driving away.

I ordered a burger deluxe meal. Cool. The drink I wanted they say it’s out. So I’m offered lemonade. The Lemonade is straight water. I had to ask for anything else. Sweet tea good enough.
My burger had no care at all. No salt on it. All toppings on bottom so my burger is sliding everywhere. Then before I even take a bite it’s burger juice oozing out. Just a sloppy nasty burger.
Fries were good. Hard to mess up fries tbh.
But the way it tasted I think I paid too much. I should’ve got the cheap jr burger so I wouldn’t have been as upset.

Worst hardees ever! The mexican lady was very rude and short my 1st and last time visiting this location.. The one in Lithia springs is waaay better

I went by here on the way out to a job and ordered a buiscuit and small coffee. After ordering the lady told me my total was $11.75. When I arrived to the window I asked the lady to please read back my order. She did, and it sounded correct a buiscuit and coffee. Upon receiving my order and the receipt as you can see the picture attached. I was charged for 2 busicuits and a medium combo. Now I ordered a buiscuit only and small coffee. I asked for a refund and was blatantly told "NO" and that if I have an issue take it up with corporate. I said thank you and pulled away. I am posting this in hopes to help people in the future to make a better choice and choose elsewhere not this Hardee's location off Floyd road in mabelton.
